I am trying to set up Outlook for my webmail account I have followed everybody's training but I am not getting the screen shots others are getting to follow the instructions.

I have been experiencing major problems with this issue for around 3 months and I have STILL not resolved it.
I have read and implemented all of the tips, training and advice I have seen on the WA forum, had a lengthy interchange of PM's and emails with Frank (FMarabate) and contacted Site Support (I am still waiting for them to come back for a second time).
I have also been on the Microsoft Outlook website and checked other websites to see if I have missed any fundamental points.
Basically I am able to set up an Outlook account, get the 2 ticks and test email. I can also send and receive emails to this account to/from my other accounts - Great!
Then for some reason I get asked for passwords every time I download emails.
I am at my wits end on this issue and I can't see a way forward at the moment.
No doubt that has made you feel much better! Sorry!

It works to a point now but I do have an error I have to deal with all day. I am actually going to speak to a friend today and see if we can resolve then I can let you know.
Helen, have you resolve the issue you was experiencing with Outlook. It appear to me that you already have an existing email account. But instead, you are trying to include another server along with the existing one. This is somewhat complicated! I have not tried Outlook, because I don't think you can integrate the two, webcam and outlook together.
Which version of Outlook are you using? This should help if you have Office 2016 How to Use Outlook for Your WA SiteEmail

I have the FAM/Gamin error as well. But everything works and I just ignore it. Site support should be able to help as it is a server issue.
However I do not get the error when accessing the account via Thunderbird or IOS using the same login credentials.
To make your inbox and sent folder visible, try specifying
/inbox
as root folder in the IMAP setup.

Screenshots are not the same in Outlook 2016 but the fields where you fill in the information are the same.

When I read Helen's question, I thought perhaps she was using the Outlook that is now an online email account like gmail, hotmail and live are.
I’m using IMAP settings on Outlook to access my WA mail, just like I access the same mailboxes from another PC plus my iPhone and iPad. All email stays at WA servers. It is only when you use POP that email is downloaded.

My IT team set my email system up ... and I never did understand the options IMAP and POP before. John (my IT guy) did say he set my email up (this time) to stay on the server. Now I get it ... THANK you Jorn.

Add Another Mailbox in Outlook
To add another mailbox, launch Microsoft Outlook then click the File tab > click Info tab > Account Settings.
In Account Settings, select your current Mailbox and click Change.
On the next screen select More Settings.
Select the Advanced tab and click the Add button.
Yes that is what I want to do and I have done all that until it gets to the password and then I just go around and around all the time can you send me a screen shot of what you are looking at as I cannot find what you are tallking about :)
I don't actually use Outlook Helen and I got that info from the internet.

That is a forward and I run another company from gmail and get so many emails. I wanted to set up outlook so I can use the search when I want to find something and also the folders. I run one business from that email and webmail is such a pain and this one has not features.

A link to your website would help us understand this issue more, but I suspect it's just a feature of this theme. I have run into this a few times with different themes, and it's normally just a design feature of that particular theme. Maybe you can turn it off in the settings area, but maybe you cannot and will have to change themes to get rid of it.
