I am renewing my membership 12/1. I have been working another job for a couple of years and haven't spent much time on the website. I will be beginning to market my products

What is the easiest way to upgrade php on my site or do you do this for me?

Anyone list their visual editor and know how to get it back
Actually support could not help me. I went into the system and did some searching on helpful blogs posted. I discovered my answer was so very simple it was ridiculous. My profile was checked to disable the editor. I don't know how this happened as I didn't not consciously do this. But if someone has a visual editor problem this is the first place they should check. This certainly beats going through all the various fixes that I was given. Thanks so much to the WA family for all the help.

When editing a blog post in one of my sites I have no visual editor. How do I get it back
Not yet as just have my mobile tonight. Been a little stuck last few months as injured my back and couldn't sit for very long at a spell. Just got back in the swing of things now and playing catch up.
Life will always happen whether we like it or not and it's great to see that you don't let that get in the way. You know exactly what you're doing Sandra and it's a pleasure working with you!
It could be because you have too many tabs open at the same time. This would be the first thing I would check. The next thing to check is a conflict between two or more plugins.

If a person found they couldn't pay the premium charge and had to drop down to free would their website they have already created stay working? If they have purchased their own
Yes it appears there is no going back but that really makes sense. As long as you have your own domain name you can transfer your site to a new host and that's really the met important thing.
Yes, it would be nice if one can go from Premium back to free for a while, and when ready to Premium, again.
Cheers!
Nice but certainly understand the reasoning. Think of the administrative nightmare for WA. :-)
Hi. Once you are a premium member, you aren't able to go back to being a free member. If you needed to stop your membership here and you had your own domain, you have 30 days to find another host for it. Hope that answers your questions. :)
Yes thanks. I was pretty sure I could move the site but wasn't sure on what happened on the other. I have been asked the question several times and I didn't want to give out any false info. Your prompt response is greatly appreciated.

what is the login and password to use when accessing my site through wordpress
Another way as I do is just go to any email from WA reply and then you are on the site and then you are there - easy
You should write down the login and password from WA SiteManager... Then you can get to your site by adding /wp-admin at the end of yoursite.com
So, for example, you should go to:
yoursite.com/wp-admin
Then enter the login details from WA SiteManager

You will not be able to get to your WA website through WordPress.com
