I was working on an article a couple of days ago as it was not ready , I did not post . I saved it and can't find it now. Where is it?
were you using site content here at WA or WordPress editor?
If you were using WA it;s in unpublished if WP editor click on posts and you will see your post and then click edit post.
As you stated you did not post and apart from what Diane and Snazzymentioned below if you worked on your article directly in Wordpress look at Drafts that is where it will be.
If you used Site content - then that is where it will be under your unpublished posts (templates). You will find this in your profile menu to the left, by clicking on Websites, Site Content.

Where can I find my unfinished post?

This depends on whether you are referring to a WA Blog Post, or a Website Post in the WP Platform.
If the former, it will be in Draft Mode.
To access this:
1/ Click on the white pen icon top right of this page, then
2/ Click on the blue Drafts section top right of the window
3/ Scroll down to the blog post you were creating
4/ Click on it and you can continue editing, creating it.
If the later, it will be in Draft Mode in the WP Platform
To access this:
1/ Login to your WP Dashboard
2/ Scroll down to Posts in the lefthand menu
3/ Click on Posts
4/ Find the post you were working on
5/ Click on it and then click on edit

I find it impossible to bring myself to finish a post so I am stuck in the training too as I do not want to proceed without completing a task.
How to get out of this mood?</
It happens to all of us at some point.
Go and harass your spouse, bug your children or play with you grandchildren.
Getting your mind off it and enjoying other areas of you life. It will begin to create inspiration.
The simplest thing can give you the greatest ideas. I hope it helped.
Be Blessed
Create a MUST DO list with finish blog post the only thing on the list ...
Go and do a Google search for your keyword you are writing about ... Look at the top 10 posts in Google take notes, get ideas and then go and finish post.
Then continue with training :)
Trust this will help
Martin
Thanks Martin:)
I like that must do list. I guess the main issue is that my must do list is too long and I get lost in it.
best regards
Geni
One of the best ways to overcome writers block I think is to spend a day researching keywords and writing down your ideas of topics from those keywords.
You can get some nice keywords that are hot and trendy from google trends.
Even though you may not be able to write about the ideas you get that day. You can go back to them and write articles around those keywords when you have writers block.
This will give you content for days...

I am just wondering if I have a sponsor and if I do.....who ? ;)
Geni
Click on 'Help Centre' right beside this message, and you will see your sponsor. Your sponsor's photo will be beside those of Kale and Carson.
Thanks, Valerie! I knew it was somewhere else, too, but I couldn't remember where!
Best wishes,
Karin :)
If I can just take a wild guess, I would just say that the people who offer this opportunity to you are your Sponsor if not you may be your own Sponsor!.... [ P.S: I wouldn't worry too much about who is your Sponsor, but concentrate on what you want from this Company or Websites Opportunity. }
Thank you:). I ended up in WA from review site but don't remember whose . haha. Just curious.
Best regards
Geni
I am guessing that your sponsor or referrer is SimoninAsia, as that is the first person that welcomed you here with information. You could check with them to see.
Best wishes,
Karin 😁

I have published the same article as a post and as a page too. Is that a good or bad idea?
No point in posting the same article twice use posts for your article that what they are designed for
Barry
Thanks Barry
I was thinking that my website is neater if I have those articles nicely line up as pages. Apparently its not a good idea. I take one off
I just thought that my website is neater if I have those articles nicely line up as pages. Apparently its not a good idea. I take one off
Not a good idea, you would be duplicating content. Depending on the content take one or the other down by just deleting it.
Thanks a lot. I just thought that my website is neater if I have those articles nicely line up as pages. Apparently its not a good idea. I take one off
Thanks Robert,
well I made the permalink shorter than that title of the article. Hope that is not a mistake.
As for the duplicate content, I just thought that my website is neater if I have those articles nicely line up as pages. Apparently its not a good idea. I take one off
Yes best to have just one otherwise you will be penalized by the search engines for having duplicate content.
Remember to re-submit your URL for indexing as well.
Enjoy your Tuesday.
Robert
Thanks Robert,
Could you please help me understand this: re-submit your URL for indexing as well.
How do I do that?
TIA
Geni
You have edited your article and changed the permalink therefore to the search engines its a brand new article.
This being so you will want it indexed and ranked as quickly as possible so you manually index it.
Here is how you do that in your Google Console -
The New Fetch/Index In Google Console Here's Where Fetch Is In The New Google Console You must also delete the old URL and you can do that in your Google Console as well.
Here's how, and scroll down the page until you come to the relevant part.

Thanks. I just thought that my website is neater if I have those articles neatly as pages. Apparently its not a good idea.
Always use posts for articles that you are creating and redoing and pages for those ones that won't change like the about me, affiliate disclosure, privacy policy
Wishing you well
Andre
Thanks so much Andre. it is much clearer now.
So is it OK if the "about the author" appears as both?
I have an about me as a page but also I put an invite with my image in the sidebar as an invite to WA.
