Hello Dylan,
Firstly, Congrats. It's a good thing that you are getting so much traffic that your site is slowing down. I know it must suck but it can be fixed.
There are many different reasons why your websites may be slower but I can come up with a couple of reasons.
I am also going to assume that you are running these sites built with Wordpress. Am I correct?
So a couple of ideas why your site is slowing down.
Optimize your image sizes.
Let's say that you have an image that is supposed to be placed in an area that is 300x250 and your original image is 1000x750 but being shrunk down to fit, you have to know that the full image has to be loaded. It is the HTML and CSS that is reducing the size of your image on the page. Reducing the size of the image to the optimum size will speed up time.
Caching your pages
This is a little bit more complicated but there are some caching plugins available. The basic thought is that instead of dynamically loading each page if a page can be cached, it will definitely load faster. Check out the different plugins and some research that might help you.
If you have any other questions, feel free to PM or message back here. I have a couple of other ideas (mostly about your hosting provider) but these are the most common fixes.
Good luck, Peter

I've read in a few places mention price in your post can get you banned from Amazon's affiliate program. Reason being they want the most up to date price shown. Is this true an
Yes, sadly one member was banned from Amazon only just recently for adding prices in a comparison table format and another had to spend days deleting them and replacing all their links after an ambassador mistakenly told them to put prices, customer reviews and star ratings in manually!!
Amazon has strict T&Cs; about this, you must generate the price via their API, and if it's in a comparison format you must show both the New and Used prices.
"In addition, if you choose to display prices for any Product on your Site in any “comparison” format (including through the use of any price-comparison tool or engine) together with prices for the same or similar products offered through any web site or other means other than the Amazon Site, you must display both the lowest “new” price and, if we provide it to you, the lowest “used” price at which the Product is available on the Amazon Site."
https://affiliate-program.amazon.com/help/operating/policies
I recommend all members read the T&Cs; of every program they sign up to. The other mistake that gets members banned from Amazon is to allow friends, family, etc. to purchase via their affiliate links.

I saw that before and was a little confused. Are they saying you can't show prices in comparisons tables or at all?
It appears from a discussion in the Amazon forums, that you can show comparison prices in a table but only if you generate both the used and new prices via the Amazon API, ie. you don't type them in, you embed them so they get updated constantly.
Yeah they can ban you for mentioning prices, you can't even mention the star ratings of customer reviews. They can also ban you for using their pictures, except for the one small grainy photo that's affiliate linked. It's like they do everything possible to limit your ability to promote their items.
I find that many bloggers ignore these rules, there are many product reviews where they've mentioned prices, or they've used many many many product images from Amazon, and yet they're still not banned. So it's a very gray and confusing area.
Yeah I have taken pictures but started using the the affiliate linked pictures now. I agree that they seem to be difficult for no reason some times
Here are several reasons Dylan! https://www.godatafeed.com/blog/reasons-amazon-will-ban-you-and-how-to-avoid-them/

I'm thinking about adding a bunch of youtube videos to my "best of lists" - one for every product. I know load time is reflected in your rank in the SERPS and was wondering thi
I recommend you embed the videos using this method Embed YouTube Video in WordPress Then the related videos won't show up at the end, thus keeping your visitors on your site for longer.
If you have a lot of them it would, yes. I once went to a website that was entirely filled with loads of videos on the front page, and it took ages to load.
2 or 3 videos is probably fine, but 20 would probably be too many.
You tube videos will play one one at a time per visitor. Don't worry until you notice the slowdown. That is a good problem to have to fix
In terms of bandwidth allotted for your visitors? WA gives us enough bandwidth for 500,000 visitors a month. More then we'll ever need. Again, if that becomes a bottle neck for you, You'll be on your Lear jet addressing that issue on an iPad. ha ha

Hey, I'm selling a website on Flippa. What do I when it's sold and how do I transfer the domain to them?
Thanks!
You need to make a backup copy if the website files and database and send it to them.
To transfer the domain you usually will need to turn off any type of WHOIS protection and make sure the domain is unlocked for transfer. From there you'll want to follow you specific domain registrar's guidance on how to transfer the domain to someone else.

Say I have a piece of content that's on page 2 of google, will adding more content to it improve its ranking?
Yes, Yes and YES!
More content for Google to read and index is awesome.
This is why we have the WA comment system in place.
I have posts that rank for keyword solely based on comments.
Hope this helps.
Jay
Alright cool, thanks Jay.
Just out of curiosity do you think I should add a buying guide to previous "best of lists" or write a separate buying guide and link the two?
A follow up if I may...I have read that updating content is "good"; What constitutes an update? I.E., add a clarification to a sentence or add 3 new paragraphs. Also, I noticed when updating articles, that the origianl date of that article remains the same; should that also be updated? Thanks -- Al
SiteComments is definitely the way to go. I find my posts tend to improve in rankings when I get comments on them.
But also, if you can think of more to add to the text of the post yourself, that's great too.
It might. Better to create a similar article and link from the first to the second and from the second to the first.
Adding content to the article will certainly help too.
I think I know what you mean.. I focus on "best of lists" and wanted to add buying guides to each one. So you're saying I create a separate buying guide and link to it?
