I know this has nothing to do with Akismet. But do not use the Jetpack on any of your sites. This is the worst plugin you can put on your site. The WA doesn't even allow this plugin it's banned. You Should Really Avoid Using This Plugin
You don't need to ask permission. All you need to do is deactivate Akismet and install Spamshiel. WA has moved to Spamshield in place of Akismet. Akismet Plugin - The Dark Side of Greed. Hope this helps. Feel free to get in touch anytime.

I made a blog roll, and I made Home a static page!

Delete the home page in pages iit will put it in trash and that should solve the problem
When yo go to pages look for URL or Permalink that says

I created 2 Home, it was sample page which comes initially with the theme, I deleted that, and I made Home page, after I took the sample page from the trash, called it Home and the page I made (Home) I called it Contact and Location,.
I tried everything!It does not work!So I changed the theme!There are no problems with the new theme!

What you did was deleted a custom link not a page when you set up a new site there is a custom link called home that is why you ended up with two homes - one was a page the other was a custom link and not a page. When you created the home page you created a new URL
I put in the trash the link and it appeared oops!, I went to settings, permalinks but I can't delete from there, so shortly I didn't know from where to delete that custom link(I notice it was a custom link), so I changed the theme.I don't like so much this new theme but I'll leave it like this because I'll become dizzy!!!!!!
Yes I agree I think theyre conflicting with each other. I might be the theme you are using and trying a different theme may well sort the issue out. I had this with one of mine, I simply could not get the right page as the static home page. So I changed my theme and I now have no issues.

It has to be named favicon.ico and you have to upload it to the root directory http://bodybrainandlinks.com/favicon.ico which is where it shows in your screenshot.
You may have to use a different browser to see it or clear your cache.
It would be so much easier if you chose a theme that's been updated to work with the latest version of WordPress.

There is a new way in WordPress 4.3 and greater. Many of us have training and blogs on this... I think it is called SITE ICON now.
The old way (what you are doing) still works but the new way is built into WordPress and is foolproof and faster. Wordpress will size it for you.
I have theme WP Fan Zone, the only way it worked with this theme it was using plugin All in One Favicon, but I don't want to keep so many plugins, so I tried to find other solution.
I have a favicon but to have this I activate theme Twenty thirteen, put the favicon in Customize, deactivated , then I activate WP Fan Zone theme, the favicon remained stuck.
I do not think this is the correct way.
