Site support will not take my support question. It will not advance to the submission of the question. I cannot find my site or backup. my site is www.cashcowinternetmarketing.

You can back up your site using a plug-in, there are many tutorials on how to back up your site. I don't know what you mean when you say, "Site Support will not take my support question." Did you open up a ticket? The backups here persist for six months, so I'm sure it hasn't been erased.
If the site does not show up to select the support ticket will not proceed to submission. I don't know how else to explain it.

If these sites are both hosted here at Wealthy Affiliate, this is actually very easy to do.
We actually have a "Move" feature that you will see right within the SiteManager.

You can move any domain to any domain hosted here at WA. For example, if you wanted to move your Siterubix website to a domain that you have purchased, then it is a very simple process.
The "Move" feature also handles for all proper redirects and SEO, it will transfer your site in its entirety and it is as simple as a few clicks. See attached screenshot for what I am referring to here.

How do I reach the owner of WA??
Type Kyle into the search box at the top of this page. Click on his avatar to take you to his profile page. You can then click on Private Message and send your message. He does respond personally as soon as he can but he gets hundreds of private messages so it can take a couple of days.

If you contacted Site Support and they haven't responded, I would send another ticket in again. So do it twice. If still no response, you can message Kyle on his profile, he seems to respond faster there or you can email him at kyle@wealthyaffiliate.com. You can also PM Kyle as well.

Domains don't automatically appear at WA. You need to create the site using the SiteBuilder "On a Domain I Own" button. Doing that will add the domain to the site list on your SiteManager page.
Thanks Bob, I've done all that. I'm waiting for tech support from whoever is responsible for getting this done. It is a question for the owner of the service that accepts the transfer.
Since you just purchased the domain name a few days ago, you can't transfer the domain's registration to WA for 60 days. (That's an ICANN rule to fight domain fraud.)
Since the domain's nameserver settings are already pointed at the WA server addresses, you should be able to create the site here and leave the registration with godaddy for the time being.
Yeah , I know I've done all that, I 'm pointed to WA. That's the point of my question, it does not show up with my other sites.
Have you tried creating the site again with the SiteBuilder "On a Domain I Own" button?
There's always some delay from the time you change nameserver settings until WA's servers can see the change. If you did try adding the site before WA's servers could see the nameserver settings pointing at them, it wouldn't have worked.
What exactly to do you mean by site? Like you transferred your domain over or tried transfer an existing wp site or something else.
