Life Is Tough - Stage 4 Cancer

Hi, Everyone...

This post will mean that one group formation post will slide into tomorrow...I can only make three a day and we have three more to post...

I felt this was the right thing to do because I have a good friend and partner who is in need of a lot of prayers and good thoughts directed his way...

Over the holidays, my partner Robert was not feeling well. His condition kept on getting worse, and it got to the point that he could not work, sleep, sit, lay, stand, or much of anything...

He did go to his doctor and was given pain medicine. It did not help, and things kept getting worse. It came to the point that I advised him to go to the hospital emergency clinic...

He did go...

Much to his surprise, they kept him in for testing and gave him much more powerful medicine to allow him to get some rest, he literally had been up pretty much for days...

Robert (and I) received the bad news 2 weeks ago that after testing, he was found to have Stage 4 lung cancer. At that stage, metastisizing has already taken place from what I understand, and it appears that was the case...

Pretty much I have been handling all the business stuff while he is in the hospital, and of course that is takiing up quite a bit of time as we have operations in Germany, Thailand, and in the Philippines...

Right now he is still in the hospital and receiving chemotherapy. They give him 6-12 months to live. That is it. Because the cancer has spread to other parts of his body, he is pretty much incapacitated...

Robert is a young man, I am 10 years his senior. We have been through many trials and tribulations in many 'hot' parts of the world together over the last 25 years, from Kuwait to Iraq to Afghanistam in the Middle East and all over other parts of the world.

We have had good food and beer in all these places, dodged bullets when we were shot at. We wore battle gear, we shared good times and bad times throughout, and have had a lot of fun too in many other less hostile environments such as in Dubai, Italy, Croatia, etc.

Anyway......

Life is tough.

Right now my friend and business partner needs those prayers. I do believe in miracles, and we need one fast.

I ask all of you to take a couple of moments and send Robert Noe, one of my best friends, a brother from another mother, and my business partner who is in Bavaria, Germany right now getting treatment your positive thoughts and prayers, only if you are so inclined...

Thanks all...

Cheers!

Dave : (

Dear Dave,

I am so very sorry to hear of your partner's illness and the associated burdens and worries you are carrying!

I am a Family Physician in Canada of 30 years experience who has been battling Ovarian Cancer for 7 years!

I am extremely naturopathic and a believer in all sorts of miracles!

This post to you is just as a WA Friend..... FYI....please Google "The Fingerprint of God"....

This research is leading edge and naturopathicand has originated from a group of US Christian Researchers and Bible Theologians who scoured the Bible for literal proof of reasons for Life Spans and longevity of Bible Figures living for 170 years, 300 years etc!

What they subsequently discovered is a Berry....from the so-called "Garden of Eden" - it's not the Apple ....it's a Berry from the Phillipines and Indonesia and Malaysia!!!

The locals in these regions have used this Berry in various forms for years for healing and longevity.....research done in the US has revealed that this substance can:

- cure breast cancer
-cure pancreatic cancer
-cure diabetes in adults and children
-reverse Alzheimer's
-cure dementia

....and likely much more!!!

These researchers believe that all "Illnesses" are a result of Toxification of our Tissues.......not specifically broken down into body parts ....ie your partner has perhaps a sensitivity to inhalational toxins (ie even car exhaust - over a lifetime)????

In any case, I reach out to you out of compassion....and share my own journey to wellness with you and your partner...

Despite what anyone says, I truly believe we decide ourselves how long we have to live.....

If you wish the more info let me know- I'd be happy to PM with you any time!

Sending you light and love!

Dr Barb from Canada

BSc MD CCFP

Hi Dave,

I am very sorry to hear about your best friend, brother, and business partner, Robert Noe. I will be praying for Roberts and believe that miracles do happen.

I joined WA on November 24, 2017 with niche: smoking, quit smoking, and lung cancer. The website: rebrandsmoking.com, is running smoothly right now. Today is my two month anniversary at WA. I completed the first phase of my website work, addressing the major cause of lung cancer, the tobacco smoking.

The next phase of my website work will focus on detox and lung health. I have been working on cancer relevant project for a while now and some of our work is reflected on our website: Kcancer.com. During course of our work, we have been accumulating huge amount of cancer relevant information. I wish that I could provide some specific helps for Robert.

Some of WA member provide useful information on lung health, for example “Thyme is a noble strengthener of the lungs” described by @TaniaHersel: https://100percentnaturallybrilliant.com/thyme-perennial-herb-with-extensive-health-benefits-and-easy-to-grow

Dave, I am standing right behind you. If you need any assistance, please feel free to inform me.

All the best to your brother, Robert.

Anthony

Hi, Anthony...

Your words and all the time and effort you and other members have made to add their voice in support of Robert is inspiring to me, and more importantly, to Robert...

He is getting a copy of the entire thread as well as the other private messages offering advice and support, I do believe that attitude in this situation can make a huge difference...

Robert is heartened by the support, and even more determined to fight this with all that he has. This is the kind of thing that can make or break any kind of therapy he enters into...

Your efforts, Robert's efforts (WA Robert), Barb, and many others are going to help countless people right now and as time goes on. Further discoveries are undoubtedly coming, and this is so crucial for the ones that come after the Roberts out there.

I am honored to know all of you, as well as the many fine members that we have here, and it really reaffirms my feeling that this is a special community that Kyle and Carson have built for us all...

I look forward to working with you and others in the groups setting (I will be getting back to these today) and know that we can further build on what is here for the good of all..

Thanks so much...

Dave

Hi Dave,

Thanks for the nice words.

Cancer touches everyone. I have never seen such caring community like WA. Everyone expresses his true feeling, offer ideas and supports. It seems to me that even the cancer can be 100% cured at WA.

I know you are super business. Please take good care of yourself. We will have time to work together to move our project forward.

Best wishes

Anthony

Hi Dave,

Sorry to hear about your friend Robert, that's horrible news. I know exactly what you're going through. I went through this with my sister, 4 years younger than me, she lost her battle to breast cancer, about to be 6 years ago. It's the toughest thing watching your loved one waste away to nothing, I don't wish this on anyone.

I will keep you and your friend in my prayers and hope for a miracle!!

Stay strong Dave,
Grace

Hi Grace, Thanks for sharing your cancer fighting story.

I don't mind sharing it, hoping to make Dave feel slightly better.

Oh, Grace...

I am sorry you had to go through all that with your sister, I know that must have been so terrible. It is the same with me now, and I would not wish this on anyone, enemy or friend...

You and so many others here have really reached out, and I do appreciate it a lot. Robert does too, as right now, he is kind of cut off from many things, and these words, thoughts, and prayers do help...

Today I am getting back to WA, I have been pulled away by all the things that are whirling around me now. Things will get back to some sort of normal, whatever that is...

Dave

I'm glad the words and prayers help you two. This is going to be tough but I hope something comes through for Robert. Don't stress out too much being pulled at all directions, try to remember what's most important and just do that. You also have to take care of yourself so you can be strong for Robert.

Sending you both lots of love,
Grace

News like this is not a happy moment for anyone. Suffering is rough and mind irritating. Robert needs now is prayer and comfort. We don't know how the outcome will be but I am going to say a very prayer healing. It's not the end yet! There is hope, if not here, but in another place where there won't be anymore, pain, suffering and dying.

Let's Hope In A Miracle for Robert!

My dear Dave
Im so sorry for the situation of your partner. Just 1 year ago I had the same experience with my wife cancer stage in her breast, She start the chemotherapy, and she had to do radiation and surgery. Just someone recommend us transfer factor (4life), and just after a couple months, we see the miracle the process could be reversible. I have many testimonies, you can do your research, the product is inside the PDR, is the book for doctors and physcians, do your investigation, believe me works.

You can call me or text me 201.660.3439 if yo need more explanation. And of course continue with your pray and believe that God is with you.

Thanks for sharing. I am going to do some research on 4life and will contact you, if I have questions.

Hi Dave, I was told I'd die 14 years ago, never give up or give in to a death sentence is my opinion. Some will disagree and think 'fighting' is a waste of the last few months - could be some truth in that too

You could take a look at 'the Truth About Cancer' series, the older version was still free on youtube last time I checked, they have a new version out now but some real good contacts for alternative clinics and therapies in the old one. He'd need to talk to someone with experience specifically with that stage of lung cancer but often with alternative clinics it is actually the 'no hopers' that go to them and often they do turn things around, not always, but perhaps worth a look.

It was one of those alternative cancer therapies that bought me time and ultimately saved my life, some people will benefit, but it's all individual and chemo in itself needs the right support, which often they aren't given eg hospitals oftentimes feed chemo patients sugar when alternative cancer experts know certain types of nutrition to keep the body strong to bounce back quicker or even just endure the chemo...

You'll be in shock yourself, so take care.

Thanks, Mary for this sound advice...I will definitely pass this entire post and all the great comments on to Robert, he needs it...

I am so in agreement with you on alternative treatments, it is quite late but we are going to pull out every stop we have to get him what might help him...

Really I have mentioned this situation a couple of times briefly here but decided it was time to pull out the big guns of the membership here for Robert...

The whole thing is slowly sinking in...I have been going through stages of denial, acceptance, and finally fighting, which I will do to the end...I am sure that Robert feels the same, we have never been quitters...

I really appreciate you sharing your experiences, Robert will be heartened to read this...

Dave
...

Thanks for sharing your story.

Yes, never give up!

Dave, it is good that you have asked for prayer for your friend. ‘Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friend”
I will be praying for Robert and his family all day today. I will also pray for you as you carry this burden on behalf of your brother. There is hope! Look how far you two have made it already !
Love conquers all!

Absolutely I believe that love conquers all, Curtis, and there is a lot of it heading to Robert from many areas of the globe...I am sure he is feeling it...Thanks for the support...Dave

Dave

Life has a habit of shocking us and this is one of those occasions for you and your family.

These are sad times for you, try and focus on all those amazing experiences you shared! They do sound like great experiences!

My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Wayne

Thanks, Wayne...Robert is really one of those guys you will go to the mat for...You are right though on the good times we have been through...I can't help but smile a bit just thinking of them...It has been a really good run...Dave : )

Yes, focus on positive thinking! Thanks.

Dave,

I'm so sorry to hear about Robert's cancer. Thank you for sharing his name so that I can include Robert and his friends and family in my prayers.

It sounds like the two of you have had some amazing adventures together. All I can say is that my heart goes out to him and all his friends and family at this challenging time.

I admire your ability to focus on anything work related right now, especially all that you are doing for the Wealthy Affiliate community. Please take care that you don't work yourself to death in the process.

Thanks for your kind words, Sondra, and I will pass them on to Robert as well...I just know he will be so happy to see this outpouring of support...Dave

I'm so sorry to hear about your friend and partner Robert. I also have a close friend who was diagnosed with Stage 4 colon cancer at age 49 and was given the same 6-12 month prognosis. She did the chemo and eventually underwent surgeries on her colon and liver and is doing miraculously well 3 years later. Her doctors call her their miracle patient. I'm not trying to give you false hope but it's amazing what faith and prayer can do. Your friend is in my prayers!

Erica
