Hey Anthony,
Before jumping in on such an offer, you should check the site's authority. There are free checkers available, such as the one offered on ahrefs.com. See screen print below...
Hope you find this helpful.
Free ads sites (with website-authority-checker):
1. http://freeadvertising247.com (12)
2. http://adlandpro.com/ (68)
3. http://classifiedsforfree.com (33)
4. http://hot-web-ads.com/ (64)
5. http://usnetads.com/ (67)
6. http://jihoy.com/ (14)
7. http://adsvert.com/ (30)
8. https://all-classifieds.net/ (36)
Wealthyaffiliate.com (84). The number in the bracket is value of website_authority_checker. WA is 84 and some of the free ads sites are ok.
Did you search to see what a high value in authority means, yet?
That will answer your question that you asked, in response to my comment.
I agree with Abie…testing will be yield you best data unless someone has direct experience with one of these sites.

You probably already know how to do this. Social media is the best way to promote some Clickbank or write product reviews on your website about them. Create a YouTube video and use your Clickbank link there. Many are doing that. You will need to make your marketing unique. Word-of-mouth advertising is the only thing I know, I remember you could post classified ads on craigslist but not anymore they require paid ads, most are paid ads, I don't see those free ad websites anymore it's been many years since I have seen them.
Thanks for your advice. I do use social media, such as YouTube, Twitter, FaceBook, and Instgram etc. I also tried paid ads, such as FaceBook and Bing ads, which burned money quickly before making profits. I guess paid ads need a lot of trial and error and are expensive, which are why I ask for free ads. I would like to test products or my webpages in the free ads, from which I will have time to test which is working the best. With this knowledge, I will amplify my efforts through paid ads. I did some google search on "free ads sites in usa" and came out 1.9 billion results. So much info that prevent me from making good decision. It would be nice if someone has experience on free ads website and give recommendation, which could save me time and efforts.
