Core “Business Start Up” Training

Getting Started

I just bought my domain and I want to know how to move everything I did in the siterubix.com domain to my domain I just purchased.

I want to thank everyone for responding to my inquiry about moving .siterubix.com to my .com. I asked the question prematurely because while waiting for a response I continued with the lesson, and there it was. Again, thank you all for the support!

You are welcome. It's my pleasure to help.

Faisal

1.
Use tools in your siterubix wp dashboard > export
And save to external disk or cloud
Use tools in your new website>import

2.
Redirect ancient site to new one

when you go to sitemanager under websites, you will find you can MOVE a site. Clicking on move will show you the option to move it to a domain you own.

I suggest you follow the training.
Watch this guideline to show you how step by step. best of luck

Faisal

Hi Dave. Ariesight gave you the link below that I would provide. Be sure to follow Kyle's Online Entreprenuer Certification training. That is covered in lesson 2. That training does a great job of explaining what you will need to do. He makes it super easy.

Best wishes

It seems the banner link is direct to WA thereby bypassing the affiliate.

The banner affiliate link code should activate the connection!

That's only true if a member clicks it. Try it with an incognito session and it should operate properly.

Thank you OMOT!

I did this rght after I got my first website up. Now I can't find it.

I found it! So far all is well.

Go to Posts > All Posts and it should be there. If not, go to Pages > All Pages.

If you're talking about a post that you were writing, it should have just saved it on the posts tab in the WordPress back office. Same for pages. It'll be within your list of pages or posts and will say draft.

Thanks for tbhe help. When I find it I'll let everyone know.

Hi Dave,
The same thing has just happened to me. I just finished a post and published it but it hasn't appeared on my site.
I can still see the page in my dashboard but it hasn't published. There may be something happening in word press. I'll just leave it for a while and try again. If still nothing happens I'll raise a support ticket.

Thanks for the help. When I find it I'll let everyone know.

You need to manually add it to your menu.
