As I remember, you need to copy and paste in head of theme. Sorry, I am on phone now. Try to ask in dashboard in search field in WA.Type question and answers from members will show up.

There are many ways to verify your website. Have you tried this? Setting Up & Verifying Google Webmaster Tools Or this? How to Verify Your Website With Google, Yahoo & Bing Using FTP Hope this helps!

When I login to my user cschlup54 (not admin user) why is my new page added to admin and not cschlup54? This might have something to do with me not being able to work on my das
Hi Caroline, I think that starting with Swadesh suggestion of seeing what users on your site has what authority, is the best place to start. You may still have two people (or names) listed as having total control of your site. If that doesn't help then contact support and see if they can shed some light on the topic.
I"m not exactly sure what the question is. It's possible that you created a nickname for your account and old posts are showing up under that name.
Go to Users in the WP dashboard area and see what each user has as a name (if you created multiple users).
What is the page created by JCL? This may have been a practice page created by the support ticket person you contacted before.
Please try the following:
Login as admin to your site --- On the dashboard click on users/all users.
You will find the list of users. Against cshclup54, see what is the role described. Change it to admin at the drop down down menu at the top. It should work fine.

I have not been on my website for a few days, but today I wanted to work on my page but not able to open thru SiteRubix...Something I missed?
Ok, I think I got it fixed unless Support is that quick this morning which I doubt that they fixed it in 3 minutes from the time I cleared out my cookies and cache using google and google chrome (it was google that I cleared out this morning) and it seems to be working.
I went ahead and delete my help desk ticket once I seen that my website was workable...so I am in business again. Thanks for your support!

If you can get into the site and logged in to wordpress from wa, check users, set your user as administrator. Have you done that yet? Through the training, Kyle have recommended there is an admin, and a new user with your name and profile to be set as administrator.
Or maybe it's just weird. Same thing weird today, I was able to sign in to google analytics, google webmaster tools, google adwords, with the same account, just couldn't get in to Adsense. :^/
I have checked both the admin and my name website and cannot get into either. I am thinking it has something to do with wordpress but at this time not even sure how to get to wordpress 4.2.2 since I cannot get into the dashboard if that is where I need to be...anyway I am calling it a night and hope it is just a fluke and I am able to work on my website tomorrow. Thanks for the support!
I know would be a little pain if to go Manage Website build a new website and build again. I wish could be resolved very soon.

What error did you get? If you go to Site Manager then click "Log In Now" you can log in directly from there, or if the password is wrong, you can reset your password and try to log in again.
