I am more spending more than Earn, so I'm sad. I'm depressed.
But I successfully quitted the bing ads account by viewing older version to delete the account.

Hang in there. Keep pumping out quality content, and the funds will rise for you to pay off all of that stuff.
I wanted to hang in there. I feel so shocking that my bank statement is so running out of money so, I try which go for the best. Quit or not quit. .

Then focus on free marketing strategies (SEO) initially. I never recommend jumping into the PPC world too early in the game because until you understand how to first convert your audience, you can blow through a lot of money if you head into paid advertising techniques like bingads.com and adwords.
Focus on SEO, content, getting rankings and traffic...and then diversify into PPC once you are starting to generate an income.

I wouldn't start PPC too early, at the same time, I am thinking that it's okay to go start as long as I know how pause, stop the billing at an appropriate time. I also found the bingads campaign lesson good to learn.
Now, it's just Google adwords, the requested refund needed me to pay $10.56 in next weeks. Will there be another next payment after that payment.
Yeah, as long as you are careful and super relevant with your campaigns (and you set your minimum bids to an affordable price), you can make your journey much safer into the PPC world...but still I recommend getting your bearings with your niche using free techniques first.

I have a discussion from live chat, haven't monetized paid per reading but I am helping a client on her love life and it is a situation her loved one to come to her like in augu
Have it forwarded but probably not to a yahoo account. Many times they get sent to spam folder or not ever received. I set up a Gmail account do to the many suppliers and companies I work with do not want you to use yahoo for the reasons listed above.

It is recommended you set your webmail to have it forwarded to your yahoo, gmail, etc. That way there will not be a problem with that.

I am glad that helps. You can still use your domain email, and when they reply to you it will be forwarded to your yahoo account.
