Hi Support,
I would like to change my profile password but it's been 2 years and maybe I changed it after my original password because the password I remember is not work
Do you mean your login to WA membership or login to your site? You can reset your site password from Site Manager
Hiya Marion, that's where I tried to fix it and that's where it says "your old password doesn't match".....but thanks for trying.
I didn't see part of your question, Marion, so I'm back. I need my original password for the WA site, not any of my websites. I have a fellow helping me with my website, but I thought he needed into the WA site through my password to work on my specific website (Skin by Argan).
So since I couldn't remember the original password, I wanted to change it so he could work on my website.
Do you know how to get support's attention? Everything I try I get the site you have screenshotted above.
He doesn't need your WA password, he needs your website login username and password. Or you can create a new user just for him and delete it once he's done his job. How to Create a New User in Wordpress

Please help me I've tried everything except ftp and a friend wants to know my ftp url , username and password to download the google# to my website so google will verify me
Your edit to the code will get overwritten as soon as your theme is updated or you change themes. If you can't do it through All in One SEO as suggested by Steve then try doing the FTP bit yourself (don't give the details to anyone else it's too risky). How to Verify Your Website With Google, Yahoo & Bing Using FTP ~Marion
Thanks, Marion. Yesterday I finally got it by watching a YouTube video. He made it really simple and it worked after I spent hours and hours going around in circles. But appreciate your input.
You need to paste a specific section of the code Google provides you with into your All in One SEO Plugin. This website shows you which section of the code you need to isolate. http://semperplugins.com/documentation/google-webmaster-tools-verification/
Steve. I have clicked all over that page to add my site and there is nowhere to allow me to. I am so frustrated with this, it's taken me 4 hours to try to get verified and nothing is working no matter how hard I try. It's like this goblin is in my computer blocking everything. Thanks for your help though. I'm going to keep at it.
Here's what I need per the person who will do it for me:
FTP URL from the domain host
FTP password
FTP User name
Where in the world?????
You don't add your site in the All in One plugin -- the plugin knows that it's running on your site.
You need to copy the code provided by google (just the part inside the quote marks) into the box labeled "Google Webmaster Tools" in the "Webmaster Verification" section. You'll find that box pretty far down the All in One plugin's "General Settings" page. (Don't forget to click the "Update Options" button at the very bottom of the page when you're done.)
[added]
The FTP URL is your domain name. For personally-owned domains, you'll find the FTP username and password on the page that opens when you click the "Details" button for the site on the siterubix "Site Manager" page. FTP access is not possible for siterubix subdomains.
Be very careful in disclosing your FTP username and password. With those details, someone can upload malicious code to your site.
Hi Bob, I think I found the right spot, put it in my SEO All in One webmaster verification section., updated it went to google and STILL get failed to verify. Appreciate your telling me this. I'll go try it again. Been working on it all day.
He said to go to the home page, appearance, edit, look on the right for header, find <head> before the <body> and paste in the long code provided by google, update, then verify. That finally did it for me. Let me know if I didn't explain it well enough, Bob. He did it at the first part of the video. Thanks for your help though. This was hours and hours and hours. I tried to send this with the url for the video and got red letters saying URL's cannot contain parameters (didn't understand that one. But if you really want it I could send it to you in an email if you send it to me.
Editing the header file to insert the code will work. As Marion says, though, an update to your theme will overwrite that change. A much safer course of action is to use the All in One SEO plugin feature. (Updating the theme won't affect that.)
Oh boy, I'll try to stay with this one. I remember changing a theme after I had made a super long post. Lost it. Bummer! Lesson learned the hard way.
It's not just changing themes that will overwrite your edits. Themes get updated from time to time to add features, fix errors, etc. An update to a theme that you're already using will overwrite any changes that you've manually inserted.
No, sorry, that was poor wording on my part.-- theme updates not applied to your site without your OK. You are notified in your wordpress dashboard whenever a theme update is available for installation.
Update notifications will appear for any theme that's on your "Themes" page, not just the currently active theme.
Well, at least it gives me a warning to get off my duff and do it right. Thanks for the clarification, Bob.

I hope I'm in the support ticket place. Could someone please help me get a website transferred to the A address. My nameserver is working, just not the A record - it's not wo
Yes, thank you Katie. Tried that. Even the GreenGeek guy did it on his end. Thanks for reminding me. Tech support gave me a suggestion too that I need to call GG's about. But appreciate your responding!
You aren't in the support area. Go to the "Site Rubix" menu. Select "Site Manager." There are tabs above that area, the one on the far right is for "Tech Support." :)
I hope this helps!
This is not supprt for the WA or domains - Hover you cursor over the blue Site Rubix link to the top left, when the menu opens up you will see the Support link at the bottom of the menu.
My problem was I make my screen so large because I'm blind and it was way below, off the screen, not visible to anyone. Thanks for telling me about it or I never would have known it was there, darlin'.
No worries, anytime you need a hand with stuff like this just give a shout out like this or give me a buzz
Hi Steve, it was because my screen was so large, the text so large, I had no idea it was there. I need to try to remember, because I am nearly blind, important items on a website could be hidden because they don't fit on my screen. Now I know to go look there. Appreciate the help!
