I am curious to know how to find the person you signed up under? I am assuiming there is a way but not sure.

Some do not want to make themselves knowledgeable, Kyle will always welcome every member, perhaps you can remember by which website you where attacted to WA

I looked at your profile and it would have been direct through Kyle, he left the welcome messages. :)

Hi try going to your profile page, see who left you a message first, that is the one way I know of to see :-)

yeah I tried that and it was only Kyle in the beginning with no others that at least sounded like someone I signed up under.

I have tried to advertise my Facebook page and for some reason they keep saying

QUOTE:

"Your ad was rejected because it doesn't meeting Facebook's ad policies. Ads

Facebook can be temperamental. I suggest just rewriting your ad copy and dont do any link shortening to any link that you place in the ad.

Does anybody know why ads are not going through on facebook?

I was looking to find out who I signed up under as I am not sure. Is there anyway of figuring this out?

Thanks

Brandon

Yes, normally the first person who sends you a message about the training. I'll check for you and tell you who it is.

Just checked for you, I believe it was directly under Kyle.

HI Top Achiever... can you please tell me how to find out who my"person" that I signed up under is? thanks, Shelley

I have seen a few people have this issue of the visual editor not working and just coming up blank and was wondering what fixed the issue... I have read of people rebooting thei

After I moved my site to a new domaine name, this odd problem came up again. First I wate and see, after having tried all the hints below.

I faced this issue before. What I did was I shut down and leave the task untouched overnight. The visual come back after a long break. I don't know why. But I suspect it happen every time I edit multiple website at the same time.

After that incident, I no longer practice multiple website editing at the same time. And it work fine since then.

on mine, it seemed to work after two restarts and one windows update but I am thinking this problem has multiple fixes.

My visual editor stropped working in Firefox months ago still, doesn't work to this day. But it does work in Palemoon, which is an alternative release of Firefox.

I know you said you tried other browsers, but it might be a case of trying many until you find one that works

It can also be a conflict with plugins causing this, do a process of elimination with them, Failing that, contact support.

I took off a few and it didn't help but I will try the rest and maybe see. thanks

Don't spend too long on it, support are pretty good at fixing it, they've done it for me more than once!

I have seen people with a review on a page and then the same article as a blog post on the blog roll. I was just confused if this is ok to do in the eyes of google or do they look

I put my book reviews on my blog roll and then put them in a 'category' widget which shows up on the left side of the page so if ppl only want to see book reviews and not the rest of my blog roll posts they can click book reviews in the category menu

You can have a text at several places, as long as it has only one url this is fine, just the matter of organization.

thank you that has helped clear this up. As long as it is just one url, in different spots its fine.

I make all my posts as blog posts. Then in the menu editor I copy the post into my top menu.

It isn't duplicate content, I see it as a shortcut. The same way when you install software, it often asks would you like to create a shortcut to your desktop.

So you will have the main install deep inside your c: drive, in program files. But you've placed a shortcut on the desktop for easy access.

The blog Roll works the same way, it creates a hierarchy of all your posts within your site. You can then create links to it in any menu you want.

Ok I see, then you are just making them all in posts and then just going to menus and adding the link of the blog post to that menu item, instead of making pages?

Well I thought that technically "posts" were for website news and updates and then I thought that technically "pages" were for permanent content... I know the difference between the two, just not sure the exact reason why you would use one over the other.

I know I can make a review blog post or make a review page, but then I guess what My main question is why use posts over pages or vice versa?

I have been blogging for a little and still am confused why you would technically make one over the other and really there seems to be no real answers on this.

I was just wondering should I make all the review "pages" and then rewrite them and just blog about them a little and turn them into POSTS and then just link to the pages?
Or
Just make review blog posts on the blog roll and make a "page" in the navigation that links to this blog post as well?
Or
just write pages on different topics and then write blog posts on different topics?

I typically used to write pages and then write totally separate content on blog posts and I have just noticed a few writing a blog post and making them the same as the pages.

Does your blog seem to be ranking good with this technique and making sales or are you just starting out?

Thanks jay-tech for the answer back,

I'm not ranking brilliantly yet, but that's due to the fact I've not had the time to put that much work in.

I like putting my pages through the blog roll, so when people land on my page all my recent posts are right in front of them.

Another point, you can add tags to posts, but not pages. I've had a couple of pages rank due to the tags.

Myself personal, whenever I goto websites I look straight for the categories so I can quickly locate what I'm looking for. So I guess, I build my site based upon my own preference for looking through sites

That is what a review page is a blog post.

There are posts and pages.... a review "page" is not just automatically a blog "post.." a blog was technically supposed to be a weblog of all the things going on in the pages of a site, now there is many different ways to do it.
