Hi Shelley - "MyWAHosting" is simply the name of our nameservers here at WA - you're in contact with us already - how can we help? If you're wanting to transfer a domain to a different web host, then you can do so by visiting your domain page here:
https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/domains
Click on "settings" next to your domain and choose "transfer".
Is there a specific reason that you're wanting to transfer registrars?
Your domain was not registered here in WA, you'll have to go to wildwestdomains.com to manage it.
Your nameservers are pointing at our WA hosting platform, but we do not manage your domain as it was purchased through the above mentioned registrar.
Wild West Domain is owned by GoDaddy... I have been in contact with them. They don't have the domain, and it is not listed in my products in my GoDaddy account. They suggested hiring a broker to get the domain name back OR reach out to mywahosting for the DNS records.
I purchased the domain in 2015 and it was updated (paid?) by someone on 11-1-24. I did not pay that bill.
Hi Shelley - I'm not sure what to suggest - the domain is setup at GoDaddy, registered through wildwestdomain.com. We have no control over the domain as it's not within our registrar. It's simply pointing at our nameservers but we cannot do anything about the control over the domain.
WHOIS records say that the domain is in the domain control of wildwestdomains.com, so either them or Godaddy are the platforms to contact.
I just found out that the domain is registered with wordpress.com. This makes no sense. Help?

Not knowing your theme, it might be a good idea to reach out to their support forum to see if they can assist you.
Hope you find this helpful.
You can check appearance > customize in mobile view on desktop and see if it shows there.
Otherwise, you may try to empty the browser cache, refresh and try again. Try URL in a different browser or mobile device.
You can also empty servers cache.
Websites > Site Manager > Details > Sitespeed > Empty site cache
thanks so much.. so I realized that the button was sent way down to the bottom of the site on a mobile device.. been trying to move it to the top, either into the menu or somewhere .. I have a link for a widget and a link for a page/post.. but evidently I am missing something and I can't get it figured out.. I appreciate any help.. I am still considering a different theme might help?

The donate button on my site does not show up on a mobile device. is this a theme issue? ?

photos in the post look good,but when shared to FB they appear sideways. I have resized and double checked all I can think to do.. Please help.. thanks

If your images are in your Media Library sideways then fixing that issue will resolve your issues with how your posts appear in FB.
OR... Google search and read through posts offered in search results... see screen print below...

I would love to see screen prints of the post online and the post shared in FB so that I can better understand it.
However, there is another option you might want to try. Once you are signed into FB, go to their Object Debugger - Facebook for Developers at: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/og/object/ and after pasting the URL of that same post, be sure to click on "Fetch new scrape information".
That has been a very handy tool for me whenever scheduling posts on my FB fan page.
Yes.. i found a post here and did the scraping thing.. that and went back and looked at the sizes of photos and made sure the proper boxes were checked (not thumbnail) and things (at least the one photo that I used) worked..Thanks so much for your time in helping..this is why I stay with WA .....for the help..

Not all themes come with a viewport tag embedded.
