read the amazon reviews - good, bad and indifferent and learn what customers thought - read other reviews ,but be careful of numbers of similar reviews.
Ask your niche what they want and supply it.

It doesn't have to be something you are experienced with - it can be a site about something you have no knowledge in but are simply looking to learn. Kyle created a site he didn't know much about and he has learned a lot while helping others learn too.

Deactivate one at a time and see which one broke your site.
It is always good to backup your website often in case of situations like this.
You can access your site through FTP and delete the plugins that way. If you're not sure how to do that contact site support for help.
