A Problem I can't Explain

Just this morning I have seen a very strange occurrance when opening some of the emails from WA members. I was wondering if this is unique to my PC or is everyone seeing this.
This is on the left side where all the dropdowns normally show. The blog post is still visible.
Can someone please explain this?

I'm a tech and if that were true, I wouldn't have macs coming in. It boils down to each user. You just learned better safe practices and actually employ them.
