Free and good Google Support ! Adwords & Analytics

I want to inform you about a great experience I had with Google support a few days ago.
My Google Adwords account had a problem because of a voucher issue (see previous blog). So I sent an email to them over the weekend and on Monday they contacted me by phone... I had a great conversation, 45 minutes of private lesson from a Google expert (Analytics & Adwords).
We changed many things on my campaign, things I did not realize or did not know what they meant... We went from Anayltics to Adwords and back. He explained step by step what I had to click and fill in to make my ad better. Like, what is an interesting report in Analytics and how to add more specific info, of course with an example...
(And he did not say: raise your daily budget or your PPC amount.)
I asked question after question... At the end he still was asking: any questions?
I tried to ask him to check my site and if the keywords were OK, but that was not his specialty he said.
So, everybody has a limit... ;-)
At the end of our conversation, he mentioned that I could always call back with a free number... Nice! :-)
So I gathered some numbers and if anybody needs some extra help, just grab the phone and call...
