Hi -- May I ask, why do you have a separate plugin for Sitemap? is it better?
I'm using All-In-SEO too, you know, as per training. And it has already a sort of "built in" / "add ons" that includes sitemap.
So, is it better to have a separate xml generator plugin for SEO?

I’m interested in what you find out. I had the same problem on an ancient computer. It was on its last legs so I put it to rest so to speak.
I am grateful that I was able to buy a new one, as I agree it is really hard to get much done on a tablet.
I never tried site support. Just thought it was do to the age of my computer.

Site support suggested I try to access it using another network provider but haven’t done it yet.
I bought my desktop in 2014 so it’s about 5 years. I don’t think it’s my computer though because I can access all other websites.
It sounds like it might be a ‘trust’ issue for that particular site. Not sure though. Hopefully someone with some techie experience will be able to help you?
My only other suggestion is to try a different browser and then send a new site support request explaining what you did.
One last thought,
Can you try accessing on someone else’s computer or your phone?
They suggested I tried it on another network. I’m guessing it’s my PC’s connection to the internet. Anyway, I’m planning to buy a new laptop but until then I’ll just have to focus on writing contents for my websites and publish them directly from my Dashboard instead of using site content.

Hi guys! I contacted Site Support and was advised to clear my browsers and local DNS cache, which I did and everything's back to normal. I realized I haven't cleared my browsers for the longest time.
In an emergency site support always comes through. Carson is also a front man for site support!
It's commonly browser compatibility.
Google Chrome Works best for WordPress.

The transfer process of my domain from Siteground to WA has just been completed and the expiration date has been set but the hosting status is still "off." How long should I wa
Are you moving the content of the website or just transferring the domain name or just pointing the DNS to WA for an empty website?
If you have any content on the website then you'll need to back it up using a plugin like WP Clone then ask Site Rubix Site Support to help you with the move.
If it's just the DNS for an empty website it can take several hours (up to 48 hours but I've never had to wait that long). Full Backup With a Plugin

I initiated a transfer of my domain name to WA after the 60-day waiting period is over and the transfer process was completed just hours ago. My website is very new so it does not have much content, 4 pages and one blog post. Nothing to back up as I can just start all over again.
So I guess I'll just have to wait.
If you didn't make a backup then you can just install WordPress and start afresh. Go to Site Rubix (blue button on left) then Site Builder.
