It's that time of year- PEEPS!
For those of us who do not 'celebrate' Easter, there is no better way than to scoop up all the peeps to eat.
What is your favorite way to eat peeps?If the little chicks, I eat their heads first, then the body.
With the bunny rabbits, I bite off their ears, then their head...then their body.

My wife is crazy for peeps! She even freezes them and eats them cold.

Thanks for the reminder. I bought myself some peeps, put them away, and forgot about them until I saw your post :)
I like to eat mine when they are stale. I punch a few holes in the packaging and let them sit for about a week. (sometimes longer)
I need to go check and see if they are ready. lol

There have been some tasty flavors, too!
My favorite is the rice crispies block! Same taste without the crunch!
Fav colors are the yellow, and purple. Neither leave you with a colored tongue!

Checked on my peeps. They are not stale enough. Still too soft. If I remember lol I will check on them in another couple of days.
I love Cotton candy, so of course, the peeps I bought are that flavor.
As far as colors I love them all. I don't mind the colored tongue. Just gives you character haha. Plus I love embarrassing my kids and grandkids lol.
Yes, there's that, too...grin.
I havent tried the cotton candy ones, yet.
Different holidays used to have peeps, my favorite is the Halloween Ghost...
On HBO, an episode of 'How it works' showed the process of making peeps. Of course, they did not dhare the secret recipe...grin.
It was quite the process, too!
