Register my domain and point my DNS to WA Affiliates.
It’s already registered with WA I don’t understand what you want if this is already with you. You’ve

You can try messaging Kyle, he is willing to sort all your points payments and issues out as he did for me.

What's that about and what help you need?

I've had some of those messages too, but they are for domains, that I let go a while back and did not renew. I'll see what answers you get.

What do you do when an international company uses your dot com name and its plastered all over Facebook? What do you do when they are using the same business model too?

Unless one of you have "remarkable oils" trademarked, there's nothing neither of you can do about it.

Who registered the domain first.

What does whois show

Thats the starting point

Hi Dave
The domain name is mine I registered it.
They do not use essentialoils .com they use their own website name forward slash essential oils. The issue fir me also is they use this all over social media so if I promote over social media as the regressed domain will the social media sites accept me as the legal owner of the name or them? If you just put in remarkableoils in the search bar it goes straight to their site.
I can’t see it myself or everyone would use their own website name forward slash wealthy affiliate.
Regards

I cant answer as I don't know the legalities of it.

However your website is sound and the FB page is in Australia.

I have just done a search based on remarkable oils and it is very apparent that you are two separate entities.

Your site is quite different and stands alone quite separate from them. Their website is not called remarkable oils and is very different to yours.

The only clash appears to be Facebook.

Kind Regards
Mike

Hi Mike while I understand your reasoning the company uses “remarkableoils” for all their contacts on their website.
They also use this for Instagram Messenger Twitter Pintrest google and Facebook so that’s nearly all the social media available using my dot com so that’s six clashes so far and if someone puts in remarkable oils in their search bar this is what comes up.
Regards

I am not sure the best way to deal with this as I don't have the experience.

I did a search on Remarkable Oils.

Your site was first, their FB page was second.

The next results were all a mix up of the two words.
Have you done any social media work yet?

Mike

So if you use the name first without registering You don’t have to do anything? It’s fine to do this yet we are all told to register your name or trading name for protection. How if they didn’t register it?
Your answer is unhelpful. Would I have got away using the name “Macdonolds” because I was using it first in the UK? I doubt this very much.
I’ve spent the last 15 weeks doing research and writing content locked away in my office and now this?
Understand if I feel pissed off and your answer is of no help.
Regards

Hi - is this your Remarkable Oils website? The Facebook page has been in existence since September 2017, and the company that owns it has been around since 2008. I guess you could say they have every right to use the name, as it pre-dates your site.
