We had a public holiday on Monday that is why I am a bit late with this post.
I have a guest post: Dealing with Difficult Personalities at Work.
The title may change as I am not quite decided on it.

I am struggling again with what content to write about so failed to post this week.
My site needs some good direction and altering according to the feedback I received so working on this and my full time job with extra hours to keep up with bills etc.
Looks like I have to force it once again.

Hi Michael, can't seem to find week 39 but I am still stuck with what to post for content on my site.
My business still needs more attention to recover before the busiest time of the year. The Christmas madness has already started this month :)

Thanks Michael. It will all be okay. Nothing really serious going on but pray for me tomorrow and Thursday. I'm having a procedure done on Thursday.

Well I missed the last two I think...bad. I should be posting this back there but if I do that I will never catch up to the rest of you again and I will be 5 or 10 miles back for the rest of the year! So I will move on from here knowing I have missed some...oh well.
