Always glad to be here Michael. I am holding steady these days. I am no longer on a strict diet, but I have incorporated elements of the diet into my everyday meals. I run a 3km uphill track every morning in the freezing cold of our winter just to keep my blood flowing. Thanks for asking.
Excellent, Tyrell, I have kept up as well. This morning I ran 14K and it was freezing, lol ! When I got back I had a shower and my skin went blotchy red and itched for about an hour afterwards. I think my blood was working overtime. The reason I am running so much is I have entered a 14K race to raise money for a charity. After this I'll probably cut back. I have got down to 85kilos so have 10 more to lose. It's been a loooonnnngggggg journey, lol !

Went to my dads for a day to install a wench on his ATV, Chris had two friends over for two days, wow three 12-13 year old boys, Dr appointments, went to the lake one day to swim, busy week.
You get done what you plan and make time for. Glad I don't have a real job.
