I also reached 102 referrals so far and putting a lot of time and energy into this! I try get at least one person a day which is harder than it seems because trying to convince someone to join is hard! :p

This approach is much more effective it seems but it takes very long and a lot of time. So even though I only write one post a week, I do A LOT of other work towards my website and online business.
