Functionality on the new blog

On the new blog, you really don't need to do much other than make sure your post is posted as it should be.

You should check out that no links are left in the post that points internally to the old location and therefore is not correct anymore.

The same goes for anchor links in the posts if they are set up using full URL.

When moving from a siterubix subdomain, I think SiteSupport can help you with the move of a complete site including comments and ranking.
(Most likely this is not a 'moving' of the site, it is more a change of where the new domain is pointing.)

If moving single posts and wanting to keep comments, you can do an export/import like suggested in a comment below.
I will update the training to mention this.

Hi Jorn, Thank you for your reply. You know I actually had not thought about contacting SiteSupport on this one.
You are right of course that would be an easy #1st question to ask.

Thanks for the tips. I have still book marked this training in case I need it. Cheers
