Your finished redirection

The redirect will list itself in the upper section of the plugin admin window.

Type
This shows that this is a 301 redirect. The plugin is capable of setting up other redirects as well, but a 301 is the only one that works for the moving of a post.

URL
You will see the original URL in blue. It has been stripped for the HTTP-info of the domain because it is is not needed. However, it's always best to enter the full URL to avoid mistakes. The URL on the new blog is listed in black below.

Pos
This is just a sorting of the redirection. When you have a lot of them you can sort them by clicking on the Pos-heading.

Hits
This shows how many times the redirection has been called. This shows how many times somebody has been redirected to your new blog post. You can sort the listings by clicking on the heading.

Last access
Shows when the last redirection was made for that specific URL.

When moving from a siterubix subdomain, I think SiteSupport can help you with the move of a complete site including comments and ranking.
(Most likely this is not a 'moving' of the site, it is more a change of where the new domain is pointing.)

If moving single posts and wanting to keep comments, you can do an export/import like suggested in a comment below.
I will update the training to mention this.

Hi Jorn, Thank you for your reply. You know I actually had not thought about contacting SiteSupport on this one.
You are right of course that would be an easy #1st question to ask.

Thanks for the tips. I have still book marked this training in case I need it. Cheers
