The next steps
At this point, you can safely delete the post on your original blog.
The URL of the post is kept in the plugin and everyone that tries to access it will be redirected to the post on your new site.
You will have to repeat the process for every post you want to transfer to the new blog. Sadly, there is no easy fix if you want to be sure that it's all done correctly.
On the new blog, you have to complete the post as you would any other post on a website. SEO settings, images, links and everything need to be set up as you would do when you post a normal post.
