Where a Facebook Page is what I would consider to be the new ‘business card’ these days (where all essential information about your company and what it does resides), something that is a bit more formal, a Facebook Group is a place where you can sit down and talk with one another to explain the why, what, and how of your endeavor.
The Facebook Group is more personal in nature, a community, a place for friends to gather.
Similar to forum sites, members can generate content, discuss their problems and opportunities, help each other, and provide other such support. You can share events that will take place, share files, images, videos, etc.

You can see the administration rules, how posts are approved or deleted, and generally see what is good and what is not so good as you peruse the related Groups…
