On this page, I will demonstrate the way to create a new ad tracking code and why it is important.

As noted on the last page, tracking codes allow you to quickly check what is working and/or not working. These are all added to your Amazon account.

1. Click on the Create Ad Code and select Recommended Ads:

2. The following page will open. Select Create Tracking Id:

3. Type in a name that will help you remember what product is connected to this code. Don't stress about the number a the end. That is an Amazon thing that has no bearing on what you are doing. Click the Create button. (below)

5. You can now start creating your ad, whatever the style. You will notice in the image below (yellow arrow) that you can create a number of tracking codes to suit the variety of pages or posts you are creating.
