I thought this would be the easiest thing, to promote WA, because I couldn't decide about my niche...and don't have product...do you advise me to change it?

If you want to promote WA, that is fine, give it a try, it's a lot of competition, but if you do it right it will work out very well, so follow the training..

When it comes to theme the best advice I can give you is to just chose any theme you see and get started. You can change your theme any time you want, and sometimes it's difficult to see what it will look like until you have some content and ideas about what you want to do. For example you might want a logo on top and your theme don't allow you to add one, then it's time to look for a different theme, or you want a blog-roll instead of a static homepage, some themes let you change that and some don't. Time to change....

If your problem is how to chose your theme, you go to the menu on the left in your site's dashboard, find themes and click it. A lot will show up, but click "show more" or "add more" and many more will show up. If you see one you like, click "see more" or "demo" to see how it looks.

This is not easy, and most people change themes many times before they are satisfied, so just start with one and take it from there.

Hi Twinsmother. I joined Wa in 2014, and my site have been up and running for almost 2 years, but thanks for the welcome anyway :-))

When it comes to spices, it's not much of a difference between Norway and Spain. The herbs I use here is mostly fresh, but in Norway we use them mostly dried. The biggest change for me when I moved to Spain was the olive-oil. I never used it in Norway, but everything you get served here is drowned in it. Not to found of it, I prefer sunflower oil for cooking.

Sorry I can't be more helpful with the herbs and spices, but they are all available in both countries, so I kind of keep using the ones I am familiar with. The only one I see used a lot here that I hardly ever saw in Norway is cumin, but it might be other Norwegians that use it a lot.

It is impossible to answer that. Some people start earning good many after a few weeks, others need a few months, some a year. and someone never earn anything because they give up to quickly.

It also depends on if you already are using social media and have a big following there where you can share your posts. If you need google to get traffic it takes a bit longer, they work very slowly.

It also depends on how much free time you have to learn and work on your site.

Hi Dec. I can't thnk of anyone, but sure there is a lot of them here. Why don't you write a WA-blog and explain your problem and what you are looking for and hopefully somebody have some good advice.

Thank you, it's doing well. It's my try and learn -site. Always learning something new, so spent the last two months re-doing everything. No it's time to start adding more content and see how it goes. The plan is to add 365 recipes, and then share one recipe to social media each day while I build up more sites. Have so many ideas, don't know where to start ;.))

"Try and learn" site sounds like a great way to look at a first/early site. I think I will improve my attitude toward my site in this way!

I normally add a new post to my website 2 or 3 times a month. I use the rest of the time to push that post out on social media.

Maybe you saw the comment where I said to post often to your facebook business page? If so, that is a totally different thing, and most of what you post there might not be from your own web-site.

My apology, I was reading comments from the members on Shannon Bs post. You are right, you said to post on FB often.I don't know how I overlooked that. It was late last night when I read it and I must have been too tired, lol...I was skimming over the comments and missed the first sentence.
Here it is.

I have had my business pages on FB for years, long before I joined WA and got my own website. The most importent thing is to post often. Very often. Minimum 2 a day, I post at least 12 posts a day on my main site, it has now over 145 000 followers.

I don't use link-share much anymore, I have changed to Amazon, because they have more products that are more related to my niche. I took a look at your website, but can't see any affiliate links there.

It does not matter what affiliate program you use as long as your products are visible and related to what your site is about.

Where they are placed and how they look is also importent. And of course, you need traffic.
