Well, guess what? There are those that say that when you turn 60, you can retire, relax, go on holidays, travel the world, work on and around your home, and visit family and fr
Nice to hear from those in their 60's. I'm in that group too, and find it encouraging to know that others are trying this internet marketing thing too.
I'm anxious to read of your journey. You must have some really interesting things to share, and I probably share many of them with you. At least you are just turning 60. I'm exactly 69 1/2 today (to the day)...and I think I'm going to stay here! Somehow, I don't look forward to having to say I'm 70! I don't feel 70. LOL

Love the 69 and a half comment. Reminds me of when we were kids. We always said " i'm 5 and a half or 8 and a half. Just to let the people asking that "We" were almost grown up!
I remember doing that as a kid, too, Meredith, but it takes on a whole new meaning when you are 69 1/2....I'm treating this like Jack Benny's perpetual 39. LOL

Yip! We are not ready for the "Srap Heap yet" I still have some life left in this body of mine, talking about asking/telling people your age is just another way of expressing your true identity, good or bad!! We all are looking for some recognition I think, where we can relate to one's age group I suppose. I only started to use the Internet in the last 9 years and am finding it difficult to understand. That's why I am lost!! So, How did you find me? What Will I say? These are some of ones thoughts when starting to mix in with a croud. The "Good Old Days" was to get out and about, and it was a community spirit that we were searching for, whether going to the "Pubs" Night Clubs or just talk to your neibour next door. Well, Pat, Violetta, and Meredith we are lucky we were born and grew up without all this red tape and internet stuff, to try and find a sustainable income soursce to resue me from this "Scrap Heap" before it is too late. Any Ideas??

I just do not know if I can get my head into all this, I have infomation overload, failed at even trying to do the "FREE WEBSITE" thing! Who know's who will come to help me out
Hi Tom - which part did you "fail" (or more positive spin on it is "learn something new") in setting up your free website?
Please post any symptoms, error messages etc - or if it's just general help - in which are?
All the best, Mark
