As part of my "To Do List". One of the 6 Things I must do today is to talk to 2 people ... why I am excited about my new discovery on the internet!! I hope you guys can see what I see from this statement! Just food for thought. I must talk to 2 people about my MLM business, and how I have LOST lbs by drinking my two "Visalus Shakes" a day and proudly wear my i LOST it "T" shirt to work. I must watch another Training Video on "How to set up my website" with-in the next 30 day's. Yip! that's 3 of my list, and I hope this idea will help you stay focused on your daily task's also.

Tom, Visalus is very good, I was active with the sight and still drink the shakes.They work !!
If you are thinking of joining another business, Visalus does not tolerate that. It does not seem fair but it is their policy. Just wanted you to be aware. Don't know if they changed the rules, I was in it but did not succeed.
