I have moved my one site off WA to another host but the index.html still ppints to WA so now my site doesn't work. It wants to bring me to the WA sign up page. How do I edit th
Here is a function of the Google search console... this window wouldn't take the url to this info: the command it "fetch as Google"
Ask Google to recrawl and reindex your URL
Perform a fetch (or fetch and render) request for a URL using Fetch as Google, or choose a recent fetch on the table that satisfies the requirements above. Make sure that the page appears in the fetch as you think it should; if the page cannot be reached by the fetch tool or doesn't display fully to the fetch tool, it might be misclassified or not crawlable by Google.
Click Request indexing next to the fetch in the fetch history table. If the request feature does not appear next to a fetch, the fetch didn't fulfill the requirements listed above.
Select whether to crawl only that single URL, or that URL plus its direct links:
Crawl only this URL submits only the selected URL to the Google for re-crawling. You can submit up to 500 individual URLs in this way within a 30 day period.
Select Crawl this URL and its direct links to submit the URL as well as all the other pages that URL links to directly for re-crawling. You can submit up to 10 requests of this kind within a 30 day period.
Click Submit to queue your request.
Re crawling is not immediate or guaranteed. It typically takes several days for a successful request to be granted. Also, understand that we can't guarantee that Google will index all your changes, as Google relies on a complex algorithm to update indexed materials.

I am trying to upload the Leadpages plugin to my wordpress site and it is not accepting the upload. Is there something special I have to do or is this not possible with SiteRub
I would unzip the folder and make sure there aren't any readme files or other files. If it's only the plugin files then I would use FTP with the unzipped files: How to use FTP to upload themes and plugins the easy way

You don't need to use a plugin for Google Adsense ads on your website.
Adsense ads can be placed on individual posts or pages as you choose.
Alternatively you can use widgets in your sidebar.
I acknowledge that you don't want to edit HTML code. However, you will need to copy the code from Google Adsense and paste it into the Text editor in your posts or pages. If you use widgets you would copy the code into the widget.
When I first started with Google Adsense I placed the ads at the end of my posts. To do this I copied the html code - opened the Text Editor of the post and pasted the code at the bottom of the page. I then centered the ad by inserting
e.g.
When inserting ads (of any type) into widgets for displaying in sidebars, I always use the center code.
Also, when first using Google Adsense it may take a while for the ad to show up on your posts or pages. They should happen within an hour or so, I believe.
I hope this helps you Terry. I have been using Google Adsense for a number of years and what I have explained above is exactly what I did. Once you are used to working with Adsense you may wish to insert the ads within your content. That is slightly more advanced, but quite doable!

You've put the script in the wrong place. It should be above the </head> not below it. The easiest way is to use a text widget. Adsense Without a Plugin
At times, they take a little longer to approve it. If you've copied the code into the right area, it'll be okay.
