can't find link to All in One SEO set up
First click on 'Build My Website', then select dashboard. This will list your websites. Click on your website and it will list all the plugins associated with your site.
The 'All in One SEO' pack should be near the top of the list to the left.
If it isn't there go into 'plugins' and either search or activate it there.
Hope this helps but if you need more information, please ask.
Lis.
Aloha Lis I'm having that problem too. Under Dashboard it should say SEO but it doesn't I did all the things you mentions above. Help
Hi Wendy,
If it is not showing in your plugin list you will have to install it as follows:
1) Click on Add New under plugin
2) Enter 'All in One SEO pack' in the search plugin box in the upper right of your screen.
3) The first one in the list that comes up is by ' Michael Torbert ' this is the one you need.
4) Install and activate
This tutorial by Kylie will also help you to set it up the SEO pack. Getting Your Site Ready for SEO I hope this helps, but if you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Lis.
Actually it's in my installed plugin page and it says active. Does it need go go under the dashboard on the left?
If it is already active then it is working. It should be showing at the top of the left-hand column under the tag for dashboard. You may need to register it by following the tutorial I mentioned before. If that does not work, please let me know.

having trouble having my DNS processed through namecheap
Hi.... I seem to have trouble setting up my A records with Namecheap..I watched the tutorial on how to select the A records but I do not see 'all host records'...I have to click on this inorder to proceed...Can someone point me to the right direction.....
I had to put in a ticket with Namecheap also! My DNS is still processing! It has been 12 hours!!!!
I purchased a domain name from namecheap and it has been processing for 10 minutes! My bank account is charged. Do I just wait?
No still hasn't gone thru. They charged my credit card though! Lol that went through right away! I had to put in a ticket. On the website (namecheap) it says still processing. I got an email that said the ticket response could take 24 hours. Do you use Namecheap?
Thanks Rebeccas... I actually purchased the domain and input the DNS at the same time (Sunday night). Contacted Namecheap and now they're referring me back tot WA. So, I put in a service ticket.
Hi Krishnaxfx... My mistake, it was silly. I purchased my domain from Namecheap, put in the appropriate DNS info and waited. I was thinking that the website would just show up in WA. I'd forgotten that I need to go through the process in WA of creating my own website. Dumb I know. I was fine after creating the site in WA. Hope this helps.
Hi Tenaflyjoe. Did this finally work for you? How long did it take? I just purchased a new website approximately 24 hours ago (Sunday night) and nothing yet. Just curious as to how long it takes. Thanks!
From my experience, changing the DNS with Namecheap takes less than ten minutes. GoDaddy is a little longer...24 hours+. I agree with Meridith...change the DNS as soon as your purchase is confirmed.
They seem to be having an issue processing my DNS. I will give them some time, I have a meeting to go to and will check when I return and see if anything moved on the processing...Thanks again ThomasPaul
A lot of times it does take some time to propagate the DNS changes. Keep us posted and let us know if you keep on having problems.
