Keep the All in One SEO activated and delete the other two. You can choose to add pages to your menu manually so you don't need Exclude Pages and WA hosting has built in spam protection so you don't need Si Captcha either.

I have searched on 2 of my themes, but I don't understand where you want to see the red numbers. I only see red numbers behind the plugin button when it needs to be updated. Do you mean this?

Yes, it is those that I am referring to important or not?.......If not I shall just move on forward.

Those numbers mean that you need to update your plugins, when there are no numbers your plugins are up-to date, when there comes a red 1, 1 plugin needs to be updated, a 2 means that 2 plugins need an update, etc.
When you see that, you go to all plugins and click on the text "update", the numbers will disappear after you did that
