Hey Steve,
Have you seen Jay's training on GA4? He may have discussed this but I do not remember. Just know that following his tips made it easier for me to get my GA4 setup for my websites.
See screen print below...
Hope you find this helpful.
I searched WA first and found all of Jay's webinars. I should have mentioned that in my message. I have not watched all of the videos. It's like trying to find a needle in a haystack to find this one piece of information. But that might be my answer. 2x, here we go!
LOL, I hear ya' Steve... I do... been there, done that... felt the same way... LOL!
That's were a transcript of the webinars would come in mighty handy!

Yep, I Googled it too, but I don't understand what it means 🙂, how it impacts the privacy policy, and whatever else needs to be compliant.

My traffic is down 80% from this past weekend. Just curious if anyone else is experiencing this. I searched Google to see if there was a significant Feb 2022 algorithm update,
I read something here, and am not sure who posted it, but excessive and irrelevant backlinks are now getting penalized by Google. Perhaps THAT might be the culprit, Steve.
Just a thought.
Jeff
We have not seen and drop but actually increase.
If you follow the WA training and the suggestions regarding product reviews, you should not have problems.
Google Product review guidelines
1) Demonstrating expert knowledge of the products under review
2) Utilizing quantitative measurements to assess products
3) Creating content that deals with the pros and cons of a product
4) Pointing out key factors that would go into the decision to purchase a product
5) Multiple sellers of product where possible.
When you know you followed the guidelines. don't get too focused on the changes. They will occur. Someone can write a better and longer review than you demonstrating the guidelines better.
Make sure you include enough informational posts on your site. Jay recommends somewhere around 70%. Those types of posts bring more traffic to your site.
There wasn't any announced update that I am aware of, but traffic overall does seem to be down a bit in recent weeks. Did you lose rankings, and if so, how many positions did you lose.
Often times the worst thing you can do is panic and try to make all sorts of changes or stop writing content when updates like these happen.
If you have been creating high quality and comprehensive content, you will likely see your website seesaw back into the ranking mix and sometimes even above where you used to rank.
Thanks, Kyle. The funny thing is when I Google my top keywords in incognito, the articles are still ranking #1. My top 3-4 pages per Google Analytics are still in position 1.
Hi Steve
This probably isn't the cause ... however, Google has just started rolling out last year's Page Experience Update to desktops (previously rolled out for mobiles only). They say it'll be a slow release due for completion by end of March.
:-)
Richard
Mine is not 80% in drop but I definitely see some drop, especially on Feb 19. Something definitely happened in Google search but I also don't find any algo update...

Going through your questions, my possible answers, take with a grain of salt:
No. A plugin does not dictate what Google will show in PPA.
No. You write for readers. But it cannot make harm if you add it there in the premium plugin boxes.
This is only on post by post base. I do not see any other way, every set of answers is related to certain post.

Thanks, the video from Jay is more than 2 years old and a LOT has changed since then. The other link is somewhat helpful.
OK Steve
I thought that was the latest one ... I'm sure somewhere I've e seen "4 steps to setting up GA4" or similar at WA... I thought that was it.
So:

I have a paid Jaaxy Pro subscription, if I cancel it, but keep my WA membership, do I still get to use Jaaxy? Is it Jaaxy Lite or something? What's the difference?
You get Jaaxy Lite with your Premium membership. So you will still get Jaaxy, just not the Pro version.
If you ever do decide to go to Premium Plus+, that includes Jaaxy Enterprise. :)
You can't cancel it and keep your membership. You would have to go down to Premium to retain access.
Hi also if you are on a special price plan for you pro right now, and you cancel and you're wanting to resub scribe to Pro again, then you would be on the normal price.
i.e. Some folks here were paying $19/month, until they cancel. If they're wanting the Jaaxy pro service again they'd paid the usual price of $49 - If that applies to you to keep in mind and be aware.
If you cancel, Jaaxy lite plan would be included in your premium subscription.
It it doesn't apply to you, it may apply to someone else reading this question and answer.
Hi, you may review my notes and others on recent discussion Should I sign up for premium plus now? And you are so very welcome.
As a Premium member, you will have Jaaxy Lite for keywords it is the same however Lite will only show the ranking for the first page compare to the added pages in Lite and also with the Enterprise versions.
I believe as it has been a while when I had Pro at one stage the keyword list if you have them is also limited to what you can create. so if you still have the Pro right now I suggest you download them to your computer and create a new list when you have Lite
Hope that helps
Below you will see what you get for each version of Jaaxy

Hi Jim
Was this meant to be on my post instead?
However yes life doesn't start in this current life we are aware of but has existed from the beginning of our existence and is always a learning curve to better oneself until we are at the stage of purity where life in the physical is not required.
So I would not be surprised you have visions of seeing the statue before as at time things trigger old visions from past lives and your writing would have triggered some aspects of that.
The part that is important is to find out why this has come now and take note of what is to be done to resolve something that still needs working on.
Yes we may feel that are strange when we think human but as you are starting to realize they are not coincidences and have a reason and meaning behind them for us to learn from
wishing you well in your endeavors both for this and here in WA.
