Hello,

Today, I saw the below post in the Success Story :

Yes I am happy with what I make though I still want to make more and I will as time goes by.

I, like many other members, make money from multiple affiliate programs. I belong to 5 different affiliate programs.

I am not going to say what I make because that is personal, but I will say that I make at least 2 times my yearly WA membership price every single month from one affiliate program alone.

So is it worth the effort to be a WA member? Of course it is! I never have to worry again about having enough to pay my WA yearly membership.

Hi Riz,

It's not just about promoting WA. There are 1000's of niches to choose from. Many members here, myself included, have different niches.

To answer your question. No, I am not happy what I am earning now, but I have only been doing this for 6 months. The good news is that I am also not losing money, same as Moritz below.

I don't expect to earn any "real" money for another 6 to 12 months. I wrote a blog about success a few days ago.

Thanks Craig for writing your experience .

First learning then earning is the winning pattern!

Hi,

the thing is that not everybody will be successful here.
But in most cases, it's because they don't put in enough time or effort.

WA works and the people who made it are proof for that.
Most of those didn't have any experience before coming here. But they followed the training and worked their *** off.

I am not happy with my income yet, but at least it is higher than my expenses.
So, I am not losing money and I learn more every day.

By the way, WA is not an MLM.
An MLM has more levels.
At WA, you only get commissions for the people you sign up directly. What happens below them, doesn't affect you anymore.

Cheers
Moritz

Hi Moritz -- what do you mean that you only get commissions for people you sign up directly? You mean for companies? Thank you.

I am talking about the affiliate program from Wealthy Affiliate.

When you promote WA, you get a commission for everyone who signs up after clicking on your affiliate link.

When your referrals then promote WA and someone signs up after clicking on their link, they will get the commission.
But you won't get anything from their commission.

That's the difference between an MLM and WA.

Thanks Moritz. Like they say in American politics, "I agree with this message" :)

I am hoping to be earning more money as my time working on my website increases. I am very happy with what I am learning at WA. I don't think I would have learned any of this without WA.

Yes, WA is a great platform to learn and support each other about affiliate marketing. And make new friends.
That's the main reason for posting this Question also. I go to Success stories to get inspired to work hard. And when I keep seeing the old success story of members who are not longer active, so I doubt the success of the WA itself and I do not doubt the success of individual members.

It's like in the US, the fitness centers do promotions and all to get new members during the New Year time period. Can you believe how much it gets crowded if everybody who gets the members the Membership in those fitness centers actually shows up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But those fitness centers are counting on the human nature. They have statistics of how much percent of the signers will actually show up.

I was also wondering the same....how much of the actual members are still active and successful after coming into WA ??????????

riz

I think that people who hang in for over 8 months begin to make it.

Is there any rules there to follow for using the Dashboard.

Is it ok to promote the affliate links?
Link to any websites?
Whats OK to post ?
AND t

Here is what you can do and cannot do here at WA.

Great training Robert, thanks ...

Thank you,
and now even for domain we dont need to go out of WA.
riz

You are welcome.

Hi Riz, yes I wrote a training about this

Thanks Loes,
went through your link..it was informative.

so other than Spam, you are free to promote yourself /website and earn money through the affiliate link, even on dashboard/blog etc....... ?

Hi Riz, to be clear:

You are allowed to add your website to your profile here under "Follow Me on"

You are allowed to use any affiliate link on your own website (outside WA)

You are not allowed to use any affiliate link on a WA blog

You are also not allowed to display your website link of your own on a WA blog.

You may publish non-profit helpful links

You are not allowed to sign your WA blogs with a link to your website

There are special places where you can display your website I hope this will help you understand the rules.
When in doubt, just do not add a link.

Many thanks Loes.
