That makes sense, though it seems I should be able to see my files on the subdomain. If I buy a domain and have it hosted here, do I then get to access the root directories? I am hesitant to buy domain and host it here without that access. I mean it does not need to be via cPanel but access similar. You should be able to upload files directly and export as well. WordPress is just a collection of folders at the root level. This would allow me to make copies of my website in order to set up dev/test sites.

Are you saying that your initial content published in SiteContent is then revised later and this these updates are not showing on your site? Please clarify.
