How can I pause my account for a month or two?
If you a premium member you still have to pay your monthly fee, if you didn't go yearly, but to "pause" your account you have to resign and sign up again later when you want to come back.
There is no other way I would know of.
Sylvia
I think it is not possible. But they will give you one month to move the site if you stop paying. I would ask the WA owners in any case.

Hey. technically it is not pausing your account , but you can save full backups of your websites on your PC and then cancel your membership until you are ready to go premium again with the same account/ log in details.
when u go premium again, just upload your back ups and you are as good as new ;)
If I can recall correctly... If you go premium again within 30 days of cancelling then your websites will still be here.
Maybe confirm with support to be 100% sure.
Hope that this helps and that we see you soon. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help.

I'm just starting to add content to my site and need a kick start to get rolling.
Hello, I've always believed that it's best to develop content around something you're passionate about!! It makes building out your Niche Website that much easier.
For example, let's say that you're very passionate about "Golf"...and you want to develop a Niche Website around that topic...
There's more than enough potential content here!!
You could create several Product Reviews within this Niche and earn potential Affiliate revenue from the products that you're Reviewing.
You could also develop another category for tips on how to lower your golf score, while improving your swing!!
Just remember to be engaging with your content, and respond to comments very quickly.
You want to develop an ongoing relationship with your readers...
This will build Trust, within your site and the Search Engines Love it!!
I hope this helps...please feel free to reach out to me anytime... Best wishes in all of your online endeavor's

Sandy this was created by Lynne https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/lynnehuy I use it to this day when creating content. I think it might help you out. You've chosen your topic now what? Checklist for Creating Content Checklist for AFTER Publishing Content Updating Old Content
Thank you so much! I will go through this. It is just what I needed to get me going.
All the Best!
I've been inspired to write content since I determined my niche as part of the WA training.
If I'm really stuck on something, I start Googling the subject and read what others are writing. Then after I've read a few different viewpoints, some professional, some amateur, I start to build notes, then create the content from this. Pretty soon I'm an expert on the subject item.
Photos that I have or have access to will help inspire content too.
The steps WA teach are quite useful too: 1. Use a search tool like Jaaxy to find a valuable keyword and 2. build content around this.
Writing with authority always goes down well with site visitors.
You have experience/knowledge of your niche/subject will come across and show people you know what you're talking about.
If you don't have those then research and yet more research until you can put together a few articles.
Hope this helps and if not then get back to me.

When I add a picture in my post, it looks good, but when I look at is on the live site the pictures are streched out of proportion and way too big. Any suggestions?
Hi Sandy
Not sure if you have sorted this out already, but there are two options that could sort out the problem.
either the picture is too small or not to scale. Or you need to set the size when adding it to your post in the bottom right hand corner.
if you are using the image as a featured image, this could also be the reason. it automatical stretches you images depending on the theme.
Give these a try and if you do not get it right, please send the link so that I may have a look for you.
keep up the awesome work!

Hi Mytrips,
Did you save your picture eg. To your desk top then in dashboard edit post, click on media then upload file (the picture you want). Then give it a name, where you want it to be in your post left, right or centre. Size thumbnail, medium or large picture, we mainly use medium or thumbnail.
Before all of above put your cursor in your post where the picture is to go.
Or does your picture have an HTML code ???
Thank you John for your great instructions. I am still having difficulty. I edit the image to thumb nail but it still turns out all stretched and too big. I will look at it again in the morning.
Best Wishes.
Sandy
Thank you so much John for the detailed instructions. Even after I edit the image it comes out stretched and too big. I will look at it again in the morning.
Best Wishes,
Sandy
