I am wondering if the demographic info provided by Monster Insights is from Google Analytics? I know we're not supposed to use Monster but I can't figure out how to get analyt

Website analytics does not come from AIOSEO.

AIOSEO helps us setup SEO for our post title and meta description and a few other things so our posts rank well in the search engines. But the results of our posts ranking and effectivity on the internet is shown through the use of Google analytics and Google Search console and Bing Analytics.

It is very important to set up these tools so you can get analytical results on your websites. There are many more helpful blogs available from the menu search bar.

all in one never was or will be an analytics reporting plugin...all it does is to put your analytics code into your head section of your site...and now annoy you with a 'seo score' with little real meaning...
to access your stats you really are better off going straight to hte source ...and yes monster analytics does get theirs from your analytics account....
there are other plugins that have more free information..based on your analytics account ..so you may as well just log into your analytics account
have fun
phil

Hey Mary
Abie got you covered. That's what I'll do.
Wishing you well and a terrific day.

Hi nope

It is a separate plugin which do not not need. Stats can be found by logging onto GA, GSC etc.

Also no upgrade required so no key needed.

It's plus size clothing for women, and the first ten pages for all the keywords I've checked has been various clothing manufacturers, not blogs or individual websites. Should

Thanks to all for the suggestions. I will stick with it.

have you done a search of reddit to see the questions plus size women are asking
and looking in google ads planner keyword tool there aer over 2500 keywords...mostly probably taken up by ecomm...but there will be opportunites in there...
have you used hte a;lphabet soup technique in jaaxy
or looked for the bolge related ot thie niche...
i did a search for 'plus size clothing for women blog' and there are a few hits...
so is it the wrong niche ..nope
will it need more work...yep
are you prepared to do it ...._______(your answer)
and there you go Mary
i am sure there are groups on fb and other social channels that you can get inspiration through....
i hope you manage to sort it
phil

What is the bolge related niche? I am sure its a typo.

it must be a typo...and i do apologise about the typing.. i thikn i was very tired when i did it... i do normally go back through and correct most of the typos...
i can't even think what that was supposed to say at the moment...
you could , if you haven't already, look up Partha's series on keyword research...it is useful...
ah... lightbulb moment ... blogs...( nope it took a long time to get there believe me....)
so it should read
'have you looked for the blogs in this niche'
and it maybe worth looking at age related parts of your niche....
what you wear in your 20's probably wouldn't be what you wear in your 50's....
so maybe reduce your audience through age restriction
sorry again for the typos...

I just looked at the google ad planner tool and there are only 24 low competition keywords most of them unusable. It's looking more and more like I should find something else. What do you think?

the competition in the google ad planner is for ads only not for the number of sites you are competing agianst.. so it is completely different....
download the list and look for questions... so search for why, what, where, when and how..can, do, does, will, is, which.....
what you are looking for are keywords that other bloggers in your niche are going for...
so make sure you know which blogs you are up against...
and have a look at the type of content they are creating....
if that is not the sort of thing you want to do then ...yes maybe this is the time to think of another niche....
but they have done it ...and so can you.. if you want to...
check whether they are on social media and what sort of content and frequency they are posting....can you do that as well...
these sorts of niches do take a lot more investigation to see what is involved...most of what is above should be done for any niche..
there are maybe easier niches than fashion niches to go into, but you still have to do all the legwork to find out who is there , how they are doing it, and what you can add to that niche....
a lot of this unfortunately is not emphasized within the wa training....
but write aout what you intended your site was going to do for your niche and see whether that still fits with your research....

Thanks so much Feigner. I am also confused abour the difference between what the training says about traffic and qsr in the entrepreneur course and what it says in jaxxy. What are the correct numbers? The above two are different.

that's no worries...
qsr is the number of sites that have that exact keyword ...so your direct competition...
traffic is the average of how many people searched for that keyword in the search engine....
unfortunately for competition you cannot compare jaaxy with google keyword tool as they are designed for different parts of the business...
hte main thing from google keyword tool is to gather the keywords and try to use some of those or get ideas from those to put into jaaxy.. or the google search page...
but you must look at the first page of google whenever you select a keyword ...as you have been doing.. to see who is there...
or you can use hte jaaxy search analysis tab to see who are there and some of the figures for hte sites....and articles....
it can be confusing at the start about where to go with your blog..especially when it is close to an ecomm section....
so you may have to look at what your site will be offering... will it be style advice or the trends or something else...
what do you want to help your niche with....and if it is buying clothing then how are you going to differ from ecomm sites...what are you offering....
and that will be your key to find out...

Okay and thanks for your advice. I guess I cant compete against the retailers when it comes to sales.
So maybe I ought to try a different approach. But what I was asking about was the numbers. Should the traffic be over 100. Should the qsr be below 100 or 400. Where do you start?

ah...sorry i thought you were comparing hte two systems...
in jaaxy for a starting blog i would go fo over 30 traffic and under 30 qsr
it may look very small numbers but they will be highly focused ...
unless there is very little interest in the niche these sort of keywords will be focused about 2/3 of the way down the buyers journey... ideal to gather them and take them the rest of hte way...
it may be difficult to find so you can relax the qsr and go up to 50, but that would be an absolute max....at hte start and after you start ranking hten push that to 100....

So I looked at like three pages worth of keywords and only 2 keywords ranked according to your criteria. Is that normal or is this niche too overcrowded? Thanks for your help by the way.

i wouldn't say that is totally typical but in competitive niches that may be more the case...
what is out of spec hte qsr or the avg ( should have been avg rather than traffic sorry)...this may give you more hits...

Could you clarify this? Again I am led astray by typos.

sorry ...can you tell the eyes are getting tired again...
i should have said that the avg should be greater than 30 not the traffic...
and i forgot the seo to be above 96 or so
you were saying you only got 2 out of the three pages...what were the problems... was it the qsr too high or the avg too low

Still not understanding. The average what should be ovet 30? The qsr or the traffic? And the problems were botn-traffic too low and qsr too high

I didmt see the image at first. Now I understand. Thanks again. This should be part of the training.

the column listed avg ( which is the average traffic) in jaaxy as in the image ...ignore the numbers i just put some words in to get keywords...
qsr being too high is more restrictive than low traffic....
but check in google and see what is being returned as results...

So youre saying its better to have low qsr than high traffic?

the keyword tool may say little traffic but it is an average and may spike over time...
so the lower the direct competition hte better within limits....
if the avg says

Okay. You've given me a great start. I will get back to you with any further questions.

In my opinion, a good niche is one that you are passionate about and have plenty to say. Learning to use the keywords is definitely a challenge. Following the training will help with this. I also check the blogs here. Often you will find really good instructions on keywords and how to use them in the blogs.
Good Luck.

Did you make sure that you followed each search by the words “affiliate program”? Like, “Plus sized clothing affiliate program”? This has worked for me in the past.

You are so right Darlene, and below is a screen print to prove what you've stated...

AWESOME! Thank you for this!

Have you tried all the various combinations of words around it. As in clothes for the fuller figure, how to look good no matter your size type thing.
