Recently I tried a few times Fiverr service to improve my site's visibility in Google search. Unfortunately, I cannot say that it was a good experience. Below is my recent fee

You can learn and do that yourself vs pay for a service. Also, there are no shortcuts; the work has to be there. Yeah, it requires effort and strategic growth.

You also have FANTASTIC responses here :)

Thank you, Abie!

You are welcome, Makhsud :)

Hi - paying for backlinks is actually against Google's terms and conditions, although, of course, many people do get away with doing this successfully.

However, expecting links from DA50+ sites for a mere $160 is unrealistic, you need a budget of thousands of dollars, and this would be an ongoing monthly process, not just a one-off.

It would look highly suspicious to Google if you suddenly acquired a lot of high DA links in a short space of time, and then they stopped, just as quickly.

Having looked at your website, there appears to be one major problem, and that is your niche falls under what Google calls a YMYL subject - Your Money or Your Life.

In other words, what you say could affect somebody's life for better or worse, in terms of their health or finances.

And, as such, Google expects to see relevant qualifications and career experience.

In your case, you are writing about prostate health and have over 40 posts on cancer, making bold claims such as the title of one of your posts being "Vitamin K2 Prevents Prostate Cancer."

And yet, on your About Me page, you haven't given your full name, and simply state you have a Ph.D. in Biology.

Google will expect to see evidence of your expertise and authority across the internet.

I did actually find your LinkedIn page, where you describe yourself as a "poultry scientist."

In my opinion, even if you did find a reliable backlinking service, and had the necessary budget, Google would not take the risk of ranking a health website highly without it having the necessary EEAT - Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness.

Thank you, Diane, for your time and expert evaluation of my question. I'm not claiming that I'm a doctor or have any practice in dealing with prostate conditions. But what I do have, is a University background in biology and over 30 years of experience in biological sciences covering biotechnology, embryo, cell, and gene engineering and reproduction. Most research was done on poultry or wild birds and in specialized labs. And of course, I have publications in peer-reviewed scientific journals. When I started my blog "Your Healthy Prostate" a few years ago, I was sure that I had all that I needed to analyze the available scientific literature in this field and deliver the best evidence-backed solutions to my readers. Delving into this niche I could see how official medicine is dominating everywhere often pushing their drugs and services instead of natural, holistic solutions but I couldn't imagine that this spreads on to information too.
Can I ask you a question if, of course, you are not tired of me? What is your best suggestion, other than giving up the niche?

Follow the training first and then if you want to use external consultants you will know what you want exactly without getting ripped off.
Steve

Do. It. Yourself.

For the exact reasons you just stated it's probably not a good idea to use those types of services. 👍🏼

The best way is the no shortcuts way.

I use Yoast SEO. You can try it. I think it'd good.

Thank you, Daniel! I use a free version of Yoast SEO and try to follow their recommendations for SEO and content writing requirements.

I cannot get to my site dashboard, just yesterday I worked there with no problem. It looks like the Main Menu of the WA with the SiteManager through which I usually logged in

Thank you all.
I just used the links you sent me and got everything back. I mean the regular WA dashboard with the Menu with the links to SiteManager, SiteDomains, and so on. I spent more than an hour uselessly trying. Thank you again. Have a good Sunday!

Hey Makhsud,

Check out the screen print below to see if this will provide you with what you are looking for.

If not, perhaps this video will: Hope this helps you.

Hi, site manager is at https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites

Site Domains https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/domains

You'd find all when you click the Websites tab top menu and choosing options from the drop down menu.

Hi Makhsud
I have just logged in with no problem.
If this persists I suggest you contact site support:
https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/support

I hope it is resolved fast.

Or log in independently

https://mydomainname.com/wp-admin - changing that with your domain name, however collecting credentials via your dashboard.

If still unsuccessful, you may want to clear browsers cache refresh and try again, try tog in in a different browser.

Try clearing servers cache, clicking details on the domain in question onto forwarding page clicking the pale blue button.

The company where I have been subscribed as an affiliate has various types of ad resources and the articles describing their products are one of them. The articles are in tune

A Great answer from Diane!

Hi - no, it's not a good idea if you intend just copy and pasting them. Remember, they may have thousands of affiliates who have all used the same content on their websites. Google is not interested in material that is already published elsewhere. You would need to re-write them.

Thank you, Diane. I was of the same opinion but was thinking that it would be ok if I could use those articles with the ad sign.

Sometimes, I do not need to place a huge video from YouTube on my site, but I want to use a small fragment of the video. I would like to download the video, cut the piece I nee

I believe you can but only if it falls under Creative Common or you have permission from the creator. You can google "YouTube creative common" for more details.

I would recommend always giving credit to the creator if you plan on using the video.

Hope that helps and good luck!

Cheers!
-Hon

Thank you, Hon. I didn't know about the Creative Common filter on YouTube.
Have a great weekend!

Today I got an email from Amazon that my affiliate application, submitted about three months ago has been approved. I checked my affiliate account and found that I earned 55 ce

No, there's no trick. Amazon US just slashed commission rates on almost everything to 1%, with just a 1 day cookie as well. Nasty way to treat their affiliates!

Other programs will sell other/better items, 99% of the time with a much higher commission rate and longer cookies.

I don't think Amazon is remotely worth working with. But of course the choice is yours.

Thank you, Jeannine. Unfortunately, I came to the same conclusion.
Have a great weekend!

Luckily, you only have 6 months of content to swap out. Imagine the folks with years of posts who now had their commissions cut to almost $0.

Hi Makhsud, seems like you did meet the required 3 sales within their given period of time.
Amazon has pretty much every product someone may be looking for, but their commissions are really bad for the amount of work you have to do.
Due to the demand on online markets, and the holiday season that is approaching I would join them.

Best wishes,
Michael

no amazon is dishonest i was selling rolex watches for them true pinterest about 8 months ago 235 buyer clicks disepear .and when i started to ask questions they closed my account. beside you get 1% cause the stole my idea and and make millions a day by it if not billions. i did all my work for nothing i gained nothing.and because they toke over the sales on pinsterest they sell more then the affiliates they really don,t need us anymore that why the drop the commission almost to zero. there Crookes the only ones making money are they and i,m not the only victim they have messed with. they can mess with your account put in and take out and change everything they want to. if you start earning to much like i sold around 200 rolex watches astemetly wort between 50.000 to 150.000 commission in one week they wil screw you over if they not have done that to you already there selfish evil greedy bastards and i will never want anything from amazon then burn it down again i even wrote to jeff bezos about this no response that,s how honest his business i Tod maybe it was one of his workers who was behind this ore maybe that it was a masteak with technology but if it where that case he would have responded but nothing guilty people don,t respond greedy pig. my big break ripped from under my nose by some greedy balthy toad billionaire.
jeff bezos only cares about the billions of jeff bezos. he doesn't give a shit about the people who made that for him. boll.com still gives 8% not really much but better then amazon but its more difficult to use look around there better options then making a greedy toad richer weil you gain nothing.

Thank you all for your replies. I just wanted to know is it just only for beginners or the rules are the same for everybody. Will try to replace all the amazon links in the posts with other affiliate programs and leave the only amazon banner on the sidebar.

Have a great weekend to everyone!

The only trick to that, is to go for high price product
