Yes, that right! You can earn money for this. A maximum of $75 dollars per training you write.

How does this work?

Until now, one training of me has completed all levels with 649 likes/ 724 comments cq views/shares.

My latest training, I worked on for 12 hours to write out the transcript for the Walkthrough video and create screenshots, for the community. It didn't even completed level 1=$5 with 25 likes and 12 comments.

And to be honest and tell you my feelings about this training

I am good but not crazy.

I know, for sure, many people here, are dissapointed in the likes they get for there effort of writing training for the community. They are giving their free time to please everyone as much as possible and make it as easy as possible for everyone to give information about subjects.

I think a little more appreciation would be appropriate here.

Hi Loes,
Thanks for this explanation. I have not created any training yet since there are a ton of things I still need to learn before I teach anything here :)
One thing I did not about the training was the levels. How do these work? How many likes and comments before going to the next level?

The levels are growing by the combination of views, likes, shares, and comments.
And that goes slow. Most of my 118 published training are hanging in level 2 and 3. So I have received a max of $15 for them
For level one it's about 20-25 likes, comments, and for level 2 you need about 80. Level 5 is over 500

Thank you Loes! Always helpful!!! :)

The way I see it it has to go viral on WA in order to make it to level 5...

I always like and comment when I go through a training, but I didn't know it had an effect on the person who did the training...

Yes, it has to go viral, I shared that training in my welcome message to new members when I just wrote it, and it was liked and viewed often. But I got a reprimand from Kyle, that I wasn't allowed to share any link in a welcome message, so I stopped doing that. I see a lot of people sharing links in their welcome messages, but technically it's not allowed by the rules

Is it viewed as spam? or is it just because you get paid for more views and the actual views should be kinda " WA organic"? I wonder what's Kyle take on this?

I just came across this post after I requested that someone make a training to elaborate more on the various audiences to target in the wa bootcamp. I don't understand how to get keyword from some of the examples on the list. And what to actually write about for that particular audience. Since everyone can benefit from wa.
I just came back to WA recently. I appreciate all the people that supply training here.

Here is a training of me about subjects to write about Robert has a couple of training about keywords and SEO, here is one, but on his training list you find more

Interesting. You might be better of investing your time in a different way. A maximum of $75 for over 12 hours work is not great. However one benefit is that you are fine tuning your training skills which hopefully will spread out to other areas of your business. Whereas if you had invested that time in other activities to build your business, you might be better off. Only you in time will know.

Regarding the performance of your last training that has not yet reached level 1 with a $5 pay out, you might have to ask yourself why. Is the subject itself something that a lot of WA affiliates need training on? You might consider doing a small post and then only do more training when you see some demand for it, and then finally a detailed training when you see a lot of demand for it.

Just something to think about.

There are some distractions these days, the GDPR and weddings and fine weather, so maybe not many WA members have time for other WA related stuff ....

I am afraid, this particular training will never complete level 2, thanks for the stuff to think over

Hi Loes,

Sorry to hear about your latest training results!
I'm not on WA much anymore except the few times lately for the GDPR. I have too much going on outside of WA right now.

I rarely scroll down the dashboard feed and if I do, because it's one long roll I must miss out on a lot. I use to see your posts all the time.

I always make sure to like and comment it should be automatic. Especially with a community this massive you would think your latest training would have done 100% better.

For the training, unless it's in the top 10 I don't see it.

I hope this post brings awareness to members and that there is much more support given to the hard work put into training!

Thanks Patsy, that's what I am trying to reach out for, more awareness

Hi Loes, I didn't know that the training credits worked on the amount of likes and comments. Now that I know I will be more diligent. I don't like to think that the WA members who spend their time writing extra training for us feel unappreciated, that is far from the truth. For those of us just starting out on this journey, the training you guys write for us often helps us through and is crucial for us moving forward. BIG Thank You.
Jenny

Thank you,Jenny, from all training writers:)

I agree. I didn't know that either. I never saw anything pertaining to getting paid to train on WA. And the different levels associated with it. Thanks for enlightening us.

Hi Loes,
I think that very little is paid, in all the levels that you detail. I would do training thinking about the people that I can attract to WA. They will be the ones who will finally reward you. Once again I say thank you Loes for all the help you give us :-)

And thank you for all the likes and comments you have given me, Claudio

I feel really bad! I had no idea likes, comments etc contributed to monetary reward for the authors. I have benefitted greatly from a lot of member training and may have liked but I think I rarely commented.

For this I apologise and I will remedy that from now on. Thanks for letting us newbies know Loes, and I fully understand your frustration.

A big thank you from all training writer, Heidi:))

So it seems to me that the level payouts is more of a freebie bonus (regardless of how big or small). Isn't the overlying message here about helping people anyways? I had no idea about payouts for training, yet still plan to start creating some once I get through the certification and become better versed in what we do here. And let me say, I have appreciated very much the member training I have seen so far! Payout or not, we are all in this together. :-)

There are lots of ways to help people here at WA, we all do that with love and attention, including writing training. Thank you, for being appreciative:)

There are no clear rules about this issue, so I doubt in the scale you gave above. I have deleted all my trainings because I was not receiving credits (from WA owners) as you describe it. After asking a few times and not receiving any reply I said it was enough.

Now, you will not like what I say next so forgive me, but I do not think it is so cool asking people for "more appreciation". Nobody asks us to write trainings, so you get what you get. I am disappointed.

I know very well, the training credits can be disapointed, Jovo. And I don't ask, just for myself for more appreciatie, but for every training writer here, and to create more awareness.

You have your reasons Loes, cannot argue about that, I am expressing my views which may be disliked by you but this is my style, I rather hear a frank opinion than a superficial userless polite phrase. This is why we need friends, to tell us the truth when we become unaware of it. In medias res.

By the way, do you remember the case of somebody whose more than 160 trainings where simply deleted? WA owners let him publish them in a long period of time and then removed in one move without a notice.

I thik it is good manners to show your appreciation if you have followed and benefited from any training. Clicking Like is not asking too much. Many times questions are asked and answers are given without a Thank you.I know sometimes you can miss the tread.

I said what I think, have nothing more to say.

I have clicked on links to training and it was not there. I think if you're going to delete the training, delete links associated with it. Why delete it any? Is it because it's outdated info? Or is it because the member is not with WA anymore? I have been disappointed a couple of times.

Hi Loes,
This is information I was not aware of. With all the training that is available here, small wonder that the efforts of the training writers often get overlooked.
I am not sure, I hope, that I Like when I go thru the extra training but I know that I usually do not comment. I will change that in the future.
I cannot give you points but I can say Thank You for the training you have given me in the past and assure you that I value your assistance.
Thank You, Loes!
Sanders

You're welcome, I do like to share everything I know with the community, and I like to bring some awareness to the folks here that all likes, comments, and shares count for the training writer.
