Do Not Ask For Welcoming Your Referrals
Try out Wealthy Affiliate seriously
New referrals come in on a daily base, and the average of 1 out of 8 will actually see the worth of the Wealthy Affiliate Platform and will seriously try out the lessons and fill in their profile.
Not responding referrals
Unfortunately, there are quite some referrals who are not responding to your welcome message. Whether they have changed their minds, or they are just robot sign-ups.Ask For Welcoming Your Referrals
Don't ask the Wealthy Affiliate Community to welcome your referrals before they have actually made contact with you. Please, do not waste our time with this useless request.
I am very happy to welcome your new referral but wait at least until they have filled in their profile.
As you can see, I took a piece from my referral list, these came all in on the 15th of may, when everybody is going to ask to welcome those "numbies", our mailbox will be red hot and overloaded.

I agree Loes. Welcoming should also come naturally as they get new contacts, they will be welcomed. They really don't need a flood of welcomes. It may have an adverse effect.

When you've been in contact with your new referral, you can certainly ask them if they want to be introduced, and tell them they will get a truckload of followers:)
Loes, I'm glad you spoke up firmly on this subject. Most of the referrals as you say won't even fill out a profile. If they don't do at least that, they are not much of a referral at all.
I agree, don't waste yours and everyone else's time on these "referrals". At least until they have a profile up.
Good points Loes. Totally agree with you. That's an interesting point you make about how many new referrals will actually make a serious attempt with the tutorials. It would be interesting to know how many are serious enough to become Premium members. Probably only 5% of those who sign up.
