2. Not sure what you mean. There are no physical properties associated with a site, you will sell the site and give eventual social media accounts together.

I have been trying to load my link into different traffic exchanges that I am a member of and each time when I try to validate my link with them I get this error message:-

I would advice removing your affiliate link from your question as it can be regarded as self promotion which is against WA rules.
You may need to empty the browser cache, refresh and try again. Try URL in a different browser or mobile device.

I think asking Kyle here would do the trick. Somehow it should never look lik you have something to gain that will always turn people away.
Because we don't have personal information for our referrals unless they give it to us, all you can do is go to your referral list and send each one a personal message on WA.
