Hi folks,

I've recently upgraded to Premium Plus and wanted to start some keyword research. However, when I click on the Jaaxy tool, it shows me as not yet upgraded to E

How did he help? I thought Jaaxy Enterprise was included??? I was trying to do some keyword research and when I click on research and the keyword research... It sends me to the signup page to get charged more? Any advise???

Hi Lesley, sometimes there can be a system lag between upgrading and the upgrade taking effect.

If you log out of WA and then log back in the issue can right its self, or as stated clear your cache.

Had a similar issue recently.

Best advice put in a support ticket.

https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/support

They will sort it for you.

- website, - yes.
- domain name, - not listed.
- issue, - other.
- question - write out your problem.
- submit.

Under your account does it say Premium or enterprise?

Hello Hilde,

My account shows I’m Premium Plus, though the Jaaxy only shows as the basic programme (the one up from starter).

I will try clearing cookies as suggested above, and see what happens.

Hi folks,

Hope this question will make sense...

I want to remove a few Wordpress themes (the sites altogether) so that all I have left are the domain names with not

As said below--you will still have the domain, just not the website if you delete that, Lesley!

All done now and nicely cleaned up, with just the two domains I want to work on having wp sites attached.

Hey Lesley,

After reading through your chat with Abie... all I can add is this... if the sites you wish to delete all contents from are hosted with WA and can be found in your SiteManager, then simply following this video: will help you accomplish this.

Removing content does not delete the domain's registration itself, as that is handled on a totally separate server, which is not even connected to WA.

Hi you domain stays in site domains, if have content they would be in site manager. You can click details on the domains in question and onward page to delete bottom of page.

However I would back up sites before I delete I would use the AIO WP Migration and Updraft plugins. UpdraftPlus is a premium and highly recommended.

I'd started to set up the sites, though only in as far as putting the privacy and affiliate pages on; no posts, pages or images that I need to keep.

So I'd be happy to just delete the sites altogether, and carry on working on the two sites that I do want to build up, thereby leaving the domain names for potential future use, or purely investment.

Right no worries you won't lose no, one month before expiry of domain, you'd receive an email notification to renew.

I've just posted the Privacy Policy page and Affiliate Disclosure page to two sites that I'm setting up.

Apart from the obvious advice to contact Site Support for techie issues on your website, your Privacy Policy and Affiliate Disclosure are pages, not posts. Pages don't have categories.

Then I’m even more confused, because I wanted them to be separate (as in pages) though once I’d published them from the templates, they appeared as posts in my main feed. Which is why I was trying to ‘separate’ them.

I need to go back to the drawing board. This is all above me right now.

Not to worry, Lesley. There's a plugin called Post Type Switcher that you can use to convert those posts to pages. Once it has done its job you can deactivate it and delete it so it doesn't clog up your website.

a json file is a type of backup file for WP you shouldnt be uploading that you should just be making a post or page
