Want To Make More Money As An Affiliate?
I just wanted to put this out here simple because of many conversations I have had with members asking me how to make money money as an affiliate.
Of course everyone wants to make more money as an affiliate and there is a very simple way.
It's what I have been doing for years and when you hear what I am about to tell you you're going to say
Well Duh!!
If you want to make more money as an affiliate then promote products or services that provide BIGGER commissions
This is where you say to me well duh Leo.
But it's amazing how many people don't do that. Many think they can't - and that's total crap!!
You see the WA is not the way I make money, sure I have a site that I use to promote the WA, but my site also talks about other ways of making money as an affiliate.
I'm going to say a bold statement, I really don't care if I make money with the WA, if I do great, if not it's no big deal.
I'm here to learn from others and to share what I know. Plus I have made some very prosperous business connections and relationships with some of the members.
So because of that I have made money through the WA in other ways, so it's a win for me.
You see I promote custom services that give me commissions of between $3000 and $10,000 per sale.
And each year my sales have increased - and they keep increasing.
Now this is where many people say it's a lot harder to sell a product that is worth $10,000 or $50,000 than one that's worth $50 or $100.
WRONG!!!! That's what you've been lead to believe.
It takes just as much work/effort to promote a high end product or service as it does a low end one.
I want you to change you're thinking just for second.
If you want to earn $3000 per month and you're marketing a product that gives you a commission of $50 you need to sell 60 items each month.
And if you have a product that gave you a $3000 commission you ONLY need to sell 1 per month.
Which one would you focus on? Knowing you're going to do the same amount of work to make the sale, which one would you promote?
I know which one I would.
Limited income online is because of limited thinking.
There is a price point for everyone online.
I don't care if you're selling something that's worth $50, $1000, $5,000, $10,000 or a 1,000,000.
There are millions of people that are at any one of those price points willing to buy what you're selling. It's happening every single day!!
So stop thinking that you can't sell high end products or services - it's the same work just a different price point.
TIP: The best way to sell a high end service is through a dedicated sales funnel.
You send people to your landing page - and on that page you have your high converting lead magnet that gets people into your funnel. And now your funnel does the work.
You're job is to get traffic to your sales funnel and then to track and test and tweak your funnel so it is laser focused on top conversions.
And you do this until you have your funnel dialed in, once you've got it dialed in - just keep sending more and more traffic to your landing page.
And yes this is paid traffic.
One of my friends I mentored started with facebook ads, all he had was a budget of $200 per month. That's plenty!!
He took is time, he did the necessary, tracking, testing, tweaking like I talked about to his ads, and his funnel.
And this was 2 years ago.
Today he spends on average $20,000 per month on advertising and earns over $98,000 per month. That's $78,000 per month in his pocket every month.
How many $50 commissions would you need to make to earn that each month?
My point of this post - don't limit your thinking to a $50 commission when there is so much more to be earned with the same effort.
Quick question:
Have you heard of Micro Continuity? If not I'm going to do a post about another way I make money using this model.
Ok, that's it, have a great day.
If you do leave a comment it may take me a while to respond as I am still on set.
I believe in you

As always, thanks for great insight about this industry. That's what I love about WA ..... Insight from brilliant minds like yours. Thanks Leo.
PS. I'm currently working on a digital manual that I will be selling directly from a new website I just built. Took your previous advice that you will make more money selling your own product versus just trying to earn affiliate commissions.
Hey Leo,
Fantastic post and targeting those larger commission items is not something that I have put a lot of thought into yet but you have peaked my interest.
Is that something that you would say comes with time and experience in making money online, or could pretty much anybody jump straight in and start learning how to do that?
Could you give a few examples of some products and services that a person might sell that offers those kinds of commissions?
Also, I have not heard of micro continuity but I would be interested in reading your future post about it.
Thanks again,
Matt
A complete newbie can sell these higher priced services or products.
A example of a high end service would be personal coaching.
Also Leo, when you talk about landing pages, would my WA review page technically be considered a 'landing page', and all of the other articles on my website 'funnel pages' that direct people over to it?
It could be. Kyle talks about that here. Review Pages Here is something on a capture page. Capture Page Tutorial - What Is A Capture Page? Your funnel pages is the products you promote to your list of customers (listbuilding). You will go through listbuilding training as you go through the courses.
Hope this is helpful.

Technically yes, but a true landing page has no leaks in it.
Meaning this is a dedicated URL just for your landing page/funnel, you either opt into the landing page funnel or you leave the page.

Excellent blog Leo, as usual.
I have one question ... Where are the 3k to 10k affiliate programs and in what niche's. These amounts are not the norm so I am wondering ... if I need to start another niche site.
Thanks man!
ROCK ON!
E
There are more of these high level commissions then most people realize.
One of the best niches for these high commissions is personal coaching in the make money niche.
Other's can be Wealth Management, Weight Loss, Investment Strategies just to mention a few.
And let me add, you're not going to find many of these if any in affiliate networks.
These types of services are usually offered as private programs or even better go out and strike up a JV deal with someone.
Thanks Leo, what's JV deal?
It is amazing how we can use our knowledge from learning at WA to earn significant income by building our business.
You Rock Leo!
Thanks man!!!

Eric, didn't you know JV are my initials; but I suspect that Leo did not think that way, he implied something else, 'joint venture'.
I see Jovo, and you are correct .. those are your initials. :) Thanks.
