Thanks to your support of my 100th Post I just made it into the Top 100.

I also just read Kyle's post:

Vegas Incentive 2017 Challenge Renewed: 100 Sales

And so my GOAL for the last 4 months of this year is 100 SALES.

Top 100 after 100, 100 Sales... Poetry in motion.

1 September is traditionally the day we celebrate the beginning of Spring here in South Africa (though Spring technically only starts on 22 September).

Spring feels like the perfect time to set goals, doesn't it?

It certainly felt like the first day of Spring yesterday. It was beautifully warm and sunny and I accompanied my son on on his school outing to Cape Town's Planetarium, Museum and Company Gardens. My son had this little squirrel eating peanuts out of the palm of his hand.

Family is my Priority

To be honest, the Vegas trip is not really my end-goal. I wouldn't want to travel so far away from my hubby and children. My goal would be to be making enough by then to take my whole family along for the trip. However...

I have a much more compelling reason to get 100 sales in as quickly as possible.

My Dad is in the late stages of Lewy Body Disease. LBD is the second most common form of dementia after Alzheimer's and in the end stages is most similar to Parkinson's Disease. It is characterised by Night Terrors and Hallucinations. His brain is becoming more muddled by the day and he cannot remember how to perform basic functions anymore like dressing or bathing himself. My Mom is also in her 70's so she is not coping with these anymore. The time has come for him to enter full-time frail care.

Frail care costs R 17,000 a month (about $1300), a burden I cannot expect my eldest brother to carry on his own. Nor can I expect my husband to foot the bill.

It's time for me to make some money and contribute to my parents' care.

So my real goal is to earn at least $500 to $700 a month by November.

Let's break that down into WA Monthly Sales:

I'm looking to find 21 to 30 Premium Members who go monthly in September & October.

or

I'm looking to find 4 Premium Members a month who go YEARLY.

or a combination of these two.

So yes... 100 Sales is the perfect Goal to shoot for in the next 4 months.

Let's Do This!!

I've just published my first WA Review post. It's a start.

Will post a number of supporting posts to build readership for my Review.

Onto the rest of Affiliate Bootcamp to clarify my strategy and get started on the tasks that will move me forward to my goal.

Exciting times!!

What's your Goal for the rest of this year?

And what's your compelling reason driving you to achieve your goal?

Good luck, I know you will do it!

Thanks for your confidence in me Elizabeth!

Good afternoon Lauren,

May your dreams come true, wishing you the best.

Greetings from the south of Spain, Taetske

Thanks Taetske. Same to you.

Don't worry friend. You will surely get there

Thanks Stephen. You will too.

Great post, Lauren. I can feel your positive, enthusiastic energy! Good luck on your goals for these next 4 months :)

Thanks Nicky! Great to meet you!

Good luck on your endeavours, Lauren!

Hi Zarina, thanks! Lovely to hear from you again! How are things going your side?

Wishing you all the very best for your goals and will remember your father in my prayer....

Thanks so much Paul. Appreciate.

My sympathies for your family. My father was diagnosed with Alzheimers and he's becoming increasingly erratic and muddled, these demential diseases are horrible. You can do this sales thing, and I know you will.

Wendy

Thanks Wendy. Sorry to hear about your father. My sympathies to you and your family too. Dementia is awful, agreed, whatever form it takes. Thanks for your encouragement. I am holding onto that feeling too - that you're right. I've got this.

My thoughts are with you as you enter this time with your father Lauren all the best, it can be hard. On a positive note, you are doing so well and set some really good goals best wishes.

Thanks for your concern and best wishes Alex. Yes, it's not easy to witness. My Dad has deteriorated so fast and he struggles to communicate now. He was a Minister and a really good preacher so he still uses a vast vocabulary but sadly, he can't string these words into intelligible sentences anymore. He gets confused half way into a sentence and trails off. My heart breaks for him and my Mom.

That is sad one of those times where. We just feel powerless stay strong for yourself and your mom.

Oh Lauren, that is so touching. I don't know what to say! You are such a sweet person I really hope you reach your goal.

I found some amazing information on Alzheimer's and dementia this year. I found out from blood tests and my doctor that I am prone to develop it myself. This is terrifying since my grandpa had dementia and I saw what it did to him. Anyway, there are many foods, spices and plants that can totally reverse it. This Alzheimer's diet was created by a doctor who wanted to save his wife who was rapidly deteriorating from it though she was very young. I can't vouch for it personally (since I don't have that yet and I haven't tried the foods) but I paid for it so I can try to send it to you to see if you can get some use out of the information. Basics like coconut, green tea etc. can be amazingly potent along with many, many other ingredients.

I hope you can continue to find success here!
You friend,
Jessica

Hi Jessica, thanks so much. That information sounds awesome. How kind of you to offer it to me. I can return the favour, have some information I can share with you of ways to prevent dementia. Interestingly, I recently interviewed a Doctor and Dietician who specialises in those kinds of DNA Tests and runs a clinic where they do the tests and in-depth analysis and offer programs with lifestyle and dietary changes based on your unique DNA profile. I'll be running a giveaway on my site soon for her fascinating Recipe Book based on Nutrigenomics (Diet and Genes). She says there are lots of things you can do to prevent dementia, but the most important thing to do is EXERCISE. Keep taking your cute cat for those refreshing mountain walks.

Thanks Lauren. Unfortunately that is hard for me due to the chronic bursitis in my hips and intermittently in my knees. I can't stand for too long, walk uphill too far etc. I am trying to find all the anti-inflammatory foods and supplements I can to fix this but it is really limiting so far. I have had this for about 6 years now.

Zinc seems to help. When I take Zicam (the cold remedy brand) I noticed my hips and knees were better! I need to try taking it consistently for awhile but since I was deficient in magnesium and so many other nutrients it would not be surprising I could be deficient in zinc too. I read about it awhile ago and it sounded like it could be kind of a miracle cure. I am careful not to get my hope up too high though since I have thought I stumbled on so many miracle cures in the past the didn't work.

I have been searching my email all this time trying to find the link to the ebook. If all else fails I will just scan it in and email it to you as a document. I will do some more searching though.

Hi Jessica, have you tried swimming? Non-weight bearing exercise might be just the trick for you. I know it sounds like a crazy idea, considering where you live... brrrr.... but if you can find a heated pool and start swimming it could be life-changing for you.
PS. No stress about the email link to the book, I may even have that info already. Just mailed you the Brain Stimulator Method.

Breaking down and scheduling your goals is a great way to go Lauren. Here's to your success!

Thanks, Michael.
