Back to Work after GDPR
Okey dokey... now that GDPR Compliance is finally out the way (phew!), let's do a quick check-in on real life.
SWAG Progress Update:
Just checking in on the Tasks for Month 4...
Okay, so I've managed to keep up with my Site Content Goals (the guest posts keep rolling in) and I've done some social sharing (not enough) but that's about it.
- No Site Comments.
- Very little live chat.
Aah... Fortunately, my Google Analytics, Site Maps and Google Search Console were already set up.
My own personal goal for this month was to write more of my own content.
Here's what's on my To-Do List:
- I have an interview with a very Inspiring Granpreneur that's half transcribed which I absolutely MUST publish ASAP.
- I went to an LG Event with Lynne Huysamen LAST Thursday. LG's PR company called me on Wednesday to find out when my post will be up. Oops.
- And then there are, of course, a number of keywords I researched and posts I mapped out in Month 2 of the Super Affiliate Challenge that I never got around to posting.
Highlights this Month:
I think I'm with my happy with my NEW LOGO though I still kinda miss the pictures I used to use of my Featured Mompreneurs.
Thanks again to all of you who participated so enthusiastically in my Quick Poll. I appreciate every one of your votes and suggestions.
It was a very time consuming process tweaking the logo and trying out different variations. Then, of course, I still had to create new images with correct dims to ensure my new brand is consistent across all social media channels. Phew!
Another Personal Highlight for me this month so far:
Inspiring Mompreneurs finally reached 1000 Followers on Twitter.
It seemed to take a very long time.
How's your month going?

You've been a busy lady. I think it's wonderful that we are busy and productive. That's the road to success.
Congrats.
Wendi
Thanks Wendi. I do hope you're right. Sometimes I think I'll never work out how to scale because at the moment all my income is essentially being paid by the hour. If I'm not working I'm not earning and of course, a huge amount of what I do is still unpaid too. And I only have so many hours in the day. Looking forward to seeing some true passive income generated by the end of this year.
I'm amazed at how much you achieved this month, Lauren. You must have multiples of the energy other people have.
My achievements this month weren't quite as impressive but I'm still quite happy with the way things go - some of my posts are now in the top 5 results for their keywords, others are still waiting to be indexed; I learn something new every day, which is really exciting and I progress slowly but steadily. I'm just happy to be here.
Ooh, nice to see your posts rising up the ranks, Sammy. Fab! So happy you're here too. You are so affirming. Thanks for always leaving a positive message on my posts.

Good job Lauren! I really like your new logo. You certainly have been very busy.
Ya, feels good to get back to work after the GDPR.
You are doing very well, much better than me. Keep up with the good work.
Monica
Aw, Thanks Monica. Please don't think that I'm doing better than you. We are all at different stages on the journey. Xxx
