All the media i have uploaded on my website are blank, I can see them if I click on them, why is this?
This in in WordPress back office/admin of my website
try deactivating kraken plugin and see if that works....
there has been an issue with that plugin....
Tks, I contacted support and they told me the same thing, is been deactivated and now its working..
This could very well be a plugin issue. did you add any new plugins to yoru site. might be best to contact site support i has this issue once before which was due to a plugin but can't remember what that plugin was.
No I haven't added any new plugins yet. Just Going through the training. I worked with WordPress before, but not jumping ahead on the training here, is it possible in the future to upgrade your theme?
What theme are you using now. GeneratePress is the one recommended by WA and is fast, lightweight and responsive.
As a paid member you can change your theme anytime you want.
i would first suggest to contact site support to see what they can find.
Saying that as you are a plus member and can host up to 10 sites within WA I would also ask site support to create a staging site for you.
A staging site is a siterubix which will be an exact replica of your current website that way you can use that to add or change plugins, change themes so if something doesn't work your real website is unaffected.
So when you are happy with any changes you make then you can change the theme or whatever on your actual site.
But get in contact with site support and send in a ticket to them to first see what the can find with your images issues then once that is fixed then ask them to create that staging site for your website.
wishing you well
Andre
Thanks, I see "GeneratePress" at the bottomof my website.. Thanks, I sent a ticket to support. I will asking about the staging site later..
Good and go ferom there I am sure it would be a plugin issue perhaps a clash between plugins are all you plugins up to date? somethings they may work fine then with an update an old plugin may clash until that is updated.
So for now just wait for site support
Tks, I am good now, they responded, had to deactivate the "Kraken" Plugin, I will ask later about the staging site, for now going step by step with the training.. Tks for your help..
So it was a plugin afterall. Great to hear it got sorted out.
I stopped using that plugin a while ago and come to think about that may have been the one that caused the same issue I has too then.
As least that is done and when you are ready if you want get that staging site done but only if you feel the need to change things around but if all good now no need for that.
So continue with the training and keep moving forward.
Enjoy your day and weekend.

I use this site to check themes and plugins before I install them on my sites. Sometimes owners will deactivate certain features of their software.
Hopefully I am not getting into trouble posting a link here: https://wpdetector.com/
