Just wrote a 1500 word post. time for wine!
Whew, it's been a long day today.
Got up at 6, did breakfast for the guests at the lodge...
made muffins for the painters....
Cleaned and did the dishes...
Threw myself in the shower...
NO PIC!
Had a lunch meeting in town...
Raced home to check in guests staying tonight...
Wrote a 1500 word article "How to Analyze my Twitter Account"
Surely it's wine o'clock?
Yip... it's time to make dinner - and a sneaky wine for the cook!
Onwards and Upwards!
Cheers, Karen
ps. do you have a twitter account? If so, what is the best and worst things about it? I'd love your comments below... Cheers :)

Awesome, hmmmm delicious, now you made me hungry. :P
Great job Karen, and thank you for sharing with us.
My Twitter experience:
Worst: kicking out xxx followers or accounts with malware links, PMs about other users wanting to sell you something.
Best: building influence works, analyze followers one by one and see if they fit your niche and look if they post on the minute (mass posters) or are like us, sharing, retweeting, and serious interested in you.
Love your post, keep it up! :))
Stefan
Thanks Stefan... I totally agree with you about your twitter feedback. There's nothing more rewarding than actually making a genuine connection... I've had my most success when I've asked a question or invited tweeps to write a guest post for me. But there's always going to be a lot of 'background noise' and rubbish to filter through. Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Cheers, Karen
Wow Karen, what a busy day, you surely do deserve a glass of wine. Btw those muffins look delish!
Enjoy your night.

Thank you. A guest gave me her secret muffin recipe when we first bought the lodge and I think I may have tweaked and perfected it. At least the painters who are here are not complaining? Cheers, Karen
Hey you are a legend beleive it ...... my day was amazing thanks for asking.I will be going through the post you did on keywords tonight cannot wait .
I have a twitter account that I share stuff off and on. I have some 800 followers. Most of them would like to sell me something the same way I would actually like to sell them something. I mostly use it to add a little bit of value to people’s day when I can.
Your blog post is impressive. I like your sense of humor.
Thank you! Yes that's the problem with Twitter - all us 'affiliate marketers' hang out there! If there's one takeaway tip I can give anyone using twitter, it would be to focus on building the RIGHT kind of followers. All the best, Cheers, Karen
That's quite an achievement! Btw I just drafted a 1,500 words article myself, but I needed only to make breakfast for my little family this morning.
Of all the social media I think Twitter is the one that does not or hardly works for me. Maybe I should read your article or can you advise how to use it properly?
Good on you! It's so hard to crank out 1500 words... well actually I find the hard part is to structure my post, then actually sit at the computer to do it. Once I get started, I'm fine! Here's the link to my post about Twitter if you're feeling keen... http://writingforcash.com/how-to-analyze-my-twitter-account Cheers, Karen
That sounds like a busy day.
I have a Twitter account but I’m not a twitter fan like President Trump is.
I really don’t see the value in it yet but things take time to grow so maybe i’ll Just keep watering it and then maybe I can be president some day.
Rick
If you can Tweet like Trump you might well be in with a chance!! Yes it was a busy day and we have a few more lined up as we're in the peak of our season. I've just looked at our bookings and we're 100% full until the end of February... aghhh!
