Quick question: How many times have you gone through the training?

For those that have been here a while, what did you find different the 2nd/3rd time of doing so?

first time seemed there was a lot to take in and second time seemed easy and fast...what about you?

Only once but I am now in affiliate boot camp so I will get a refresher there

Sofar only once, but my plan to go back through them again as soon as Kyle releases the renewed version of the trainings.

I'm still going through first time, but i usually go through it 2 or 3 times until i have absorbed it all.

Hey J,

I went through once but just started a second time!

The first time I think I rushed a bit so decided to go back through and pretend that I am in school...with notepad and all...

I also realised that to benefit it's best to build a site while going through the training so that the concepts can stick.

Just my 2 cents.

Ravi

It's funny that you're asking this, because I think it was jsut a few weeks ago that I thought to review the certification again. I don't want to get distracted from what I'm doing now, so I may put that off until just after my one year anniversary in September.

The internet is awash with many online courses from entrepreneurs claiming to have the secret and powers to making a living online. I recently came across Saj P's course. It s

I have browsed and accidentally come across other avenues, josh, but all others I came across are dearer and offer less than here. Not only that, but most of them work on an upsale basis: you want to progress to the next level? You'll need to access it by paying more. That's the type of scheme I'm referring to, and the one to keep well away from!

I took the 30 day money back trial of Brendon Burchard's $2000 course a few years back and it was NOT worth paying for imo at all. Unless you want a course in how not to do things :)

In fact it was out of date and expected you to attend his event to get the 'up to date' information as his Experts Academy course was really only what he was talking about a previous year's event!. He also just told people that they needed x, and they needed to pay a lot of money to y over there to go buy it. PHEW. That's actually how I got into WA, I saw a critical review of Burchard and thought, yes, Nat is telling the truth here and has this guy sussed! Then I was blown away that Kyle had all that stuff sorted in a no bs sort of way and no slimy angles to try to milk money out of us.

I like Udemy, but I consider them supplemental and not really for beginners, WA is better at making things easy and covering all the bases for beginners...

I think most of these things you can figure out by yourself. I mean, how do you think they did it? Surely they didn't get it from college ...
Most of the information they're gonna teach you is "free" information that you can learn on your own. Even most of the information here in WA you can pick up on yourself for free, just go to google webmaster tools and read their blog or watch their hangout videos ... You'll find some amazing SEO tips there and they match exactly what is being taught here. The only difference is that here you get a step-by-step training, focused content, teach you basic wp website building, hosting, and support.

Same with other internet "gurus". Trust me, I've seen more than 900$ offers. There's this guy from Youtube called Brian Dean, he seems like the real deal since Aweber mentioned him in their Udemy course (Authority source) and he apparently does lots of case studies and research.
This guy has a course that costs something like 1000$ a month for a whole year. Can you imagine how ridiculous that is?
But hey ... If sources like Aweber, Huffington post, and Forbes endorse him, then he might have a real authentic deal.

Nevertheless, paying over 500$ for SEO tips is something I'll NEVER do, basically because all the information you need can be found here AND all around you. It doesn't sound logical to invest that huge money into something you can get for free but otherwise would require some effort from you.

You have to learn what makes an internet business success, then "learn" all this stuff.
For example, building an email list is important. Go to Aweber, they have an astonishing blog that you can read even without being a member. They too have some amazing recorded webinars that you can use. This source alone is GOLD and really all you need to kick-start your email marketing efforts.
PPC? Udemy have some good 10$ courses about PPC, both binge and google Adwords. I've recently just bought the google adwords course for 10$ and it's a well worth investment.
Learn about user experience, building better websites, etc etc. Everything you need is all around you. You just have to work for it.

The ONLY thing that would get me into signing with Brain Dean is IF I'm already having a constant 1k+ monthly income, and want to see if I can boost that further, and that is ONLY because he's offering a money-back guarantee policy.
Other than that, they're not getting my hard earned 9/5 money.

Cheers, EliasJ. I always appreciate your replies.
Currently, I am learning about ClickBank with a UDEMY course, and there are a couple of courses that are on my to-do list.

I took the ClickBank ppc course by KC (a chinese entrepreneur). Really awesome course and it does work. It's best combined with a good email marketing strategy and a good niche and you can find hige success with it.
Soon as I stabilize my guitar website I'll leave it to grow on itself over time, will surely maintain it once in a while, but I want to move to a better niche and better market soon as I finish with it. Good luck

As I've browsed the internet for inspiration and free education, I have seen and been tempted by other courses. However, the more that I learn and experience in this online business world, the more that I am convinced that Wealthy Affiliate is teaching solid principles that will work and that can be applied to other online business models such as online stores with inventory or drop shipping for example. Every TRULY successful person that I read about whose courses that I was tempted by all stressed that it takes time and a lot of work.

I have looked at a few. They all seemed to have good content, but the cost varied greatly. I think that the more invested sometimes the results are faster but success depends on so many factors. I feel like WA has taught me how to do things. Doing it properly is up to me.

In case you were wondering. https://www.clickfunnels.com/?affiliate_id=493567

Click Funnels is a tool to help you build sales funnels for your site.
Has anyone succe

How are you getting on with CFs?

Not good form to put up an affiliate link Josh. Cheers, William.

So basically it's a landing page builder ... I can do better than that with my Divi theme, costs 69$ a year. Clickfunnel costs 97$ a month minimum program? I wouldn't consider it to be honest unless I see a lot of authority sources recommend it and who actually is it good for. According to them ... It's for everybody ... Yeah right.
Didn't like it, just my opinion.

Thank you! Is Divi, so I have just started WA, I have a website already with OptimizePress 2.0 (similar to Divi I guess) and ThriveCart which can do upsells, downsells etc, so do you recommend I also ignore Clickfunnels and try to build my content, SEO etc through WA?
I'm being prospected by 2-3 CF guys currently :-)

I am a ClickFunnels certified consultant so can help with any CF related questions/issues. Is there anything specific you need?
